Some of the food is tasty, some of it is unappetizing. My order showed up warm, gel ice packs leaking gel and not really cold. I wasn't sure if the food would be safe to eat. I tried calling customer... See more

Eat Clean gets it right, for now

This is the first meal delivery service that truly fits my nutrition goals and tastes great. Everything arrives fresh, the ordering process is simple, and customer service has been excellent. I’ve only had minor issues that were resolved quickly. Highly recommend it.

I recently tried Eat Clean’s meal prep…

I recently tried Eat Clean’s meal prep service, and I have to say—it exceeded my expectations. The meals were fresh, well-balanced, and packed with flavor. I especially appreciated the variety; whether you’re looking for low-carb, high-protein, or vegetarian options, there’s something for everyone.

Portions were generous and satisfying, and the packaging was clean, eco-friendly, and easy to store. The ordering process was smooth, and pickup was quick and hassle-free. Customer service was also responsive and helpful when I had a question about ingredients.

Overall, Eat Clean makes eating healthy during the week so much easier. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to save time without sacrificing quality.

I’ve always been a picky eater

I’ve always been a picky eater, so finding a meal plan that I genuinely enjoy has never been easy until I tried Eat Clean. Every meal is not only healthy but full of flavor, which is rare to come by in clean eating. The variety keeps things exciting, the ingredients are always fresh, and I actually look forward to my meals now. It’s honestly the best meal plan experience I’ve ever had!

Eat Clean has designed a way to control…

Eat Clean has designed a way to control calories with very good, tasty high protein food. No prep, no shopping, no clean up after dinner: just heat and eat! Trade mark pending. Commit a good month to this style of dining and I think your wishes will come true. The high protein food that I have ordered makes you feel full, is tasty and delicious. Just do it!

The meals are delicious

The meals are delicious. I was sent the wrong meal and credited immediately. I have a ton of food sensitivities and it’s been hard finding a meal delivery where I have options. EatClean is the only one so far in my price range that checks all the boxes.

Pay upfront for nothing.

You are required to sign up and pay before you are even able to see the dishes they serve. Once I paid I logged in and was very unimpressed with the selection, none of it looked even slightly appealing even though it was supposed to be highly rated for keto diets. So after seeing the menu, decided to go with another provider. When I contacted them to cancel, they refused to refund me my initial payment even though I have not selected any meals, or received any services and I contacted them within 2 hours of first signing up! No reason given, just that it was not possible to be refunded. Extremely poor selection, extremely poor customer service.

Customer service is very bad

Customer service is very bad. Don’t bother or waste your time, they cannot accommodate the most simple of requests eg not adding raw onion to salad

EXCELLENT food and service

EXCELLENT food and service! Meal selection process is very easy. Meal variety is good and I often have a hard time narrowing it down to the number I am ordering. Delivery has always been on time, accurate, and adequately refrigerated. And most importantly the food is delicious! My husband likes it too. My original plan was to order for a couple months to help get on track with a healthy eating lifestyle. However, I could do this forever and enjoy it. I look forward to every meal. The only reason I would stop ordering is finances, but I will look for every opportunity to cut expenses somewhere else so I can keep this service.

This is THE WORST food and service…

This is THE WORST food and service EVER!! The food tastes disgusting!! Salty!! It’s as if a 5 year old made it! They change the name of the items and it’s ALL THE SAME!! Customer service consists of people who work from their homes with dogs barking in the background! I was told I would be refunded for a shipment. I did not order. I never received my money. Every time I call back they keep saying oh no you’re still in our system when I show several emails and sent them to them where I canceled and they accepted my cancellation this place is fraud. It taste like shit. Do not buy from this company!

The meals are great but the service…

The meals are great but the customer service is terrible! Every week I received at least one meal that I couldn't eat due to the allergies/restrictions that I added upon signup. I reached out to customer service multiple times and only received an automated response.

Eat Clean has some process issues

Eat Clean has some process issues. If you need customer support, it simply is not there. I submitted a ticket for receiving 3 wrong meals out of 10. We can't do dairy, so these were absolutely not an option as they had cheese. I received an auto-generated response and then a request to send information on what was wrong and pictures of my meals, which I did via a number provided. No response via email or text or the chat. So I called today. The CS rep apologized and said she would credit my account -and said she would "escalate the concern" after I asked about the support process in general. I don't want to have to deal with this if there is a future issue. I am on the fence about this food service option. The meals are decent, but they are starting to lack variety. We will see if we maintain this or look for something else. They also lack some of the things you expect when you are trying to "eat clean" like details regarding food sourcing, etc.

This food is terrible

This food is terrible. I’ve tried factor and cook unity and they were so much better, which is saying a lot. I threw two meals out after a couple bites. They are cheap and stretched by adding a ton of rice or other nasty carbs! They seriously taste so bad I’m going to freeze them and give them away to the homeless shelter I guess.

Not Happy with Customer Service process

First order was totally not what I ordered. Asked for a refund back in March Still trying to get a credit or refund. Talked to 5 people saying it's taken care of and it hasn't happened.
My third order my extra meal was ordered but not included in my box.
I'm feeling really unhappy right now

Runnnnnnn

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Eat Green, and I can’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and flexible meal service.

Let’s start with their food selection—it’s incredibly limited. The meals are repetitive and lack variety, making it hard to find options that excite me. When compared to services like CookUnity, which offers diverse and flavorful meals, Eat Green feels stale and uninspiring.

But what really pushed me to write this review was their horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order, but they refused, citing some boilerplate cancellation policy. I was met with vague responses and no willingness to work with me at all. It’s one thing for a company to have a standard policy, but the complete lack of flexibility or even a hint of customer care was frustrating.

This experience has made me realize that there are much better alternatives out there, like CookUnity, where I’ve had no such issues. Their customer service is responsive, and they actually value their customers.

In short, if you’re looking for a meal service with a diverse menu, better flexibility, and responsive support, avoid Eat Green at all costs. It’s just not worth the hassle

Scam company

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with .. I placed an order on Feb 18 after reading about their ‘wonderful’’ menu but payment was required before you could view the menu . That should have been a red flag but I didnt like it so cancelled within 5 mins with a promise of a refund on my next statement and two months later I am still waiting.
I have called and emailed several times and everytime they are very sorry and will escalate it to the manager which of course never happens .
So beware .. they take your money and run …
