Avoid using this company
I wish I could give zero stars. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Our Tesla wall charger does not work. They refuse to come and fix it. Lie that they did come and I didn’t answer. I waited all day at home for them. I have cameras, doorbell camera, phone records all showing they didn’t come. But they still lie and say I have to pay for them to come some other day. They also did a botched solar panels installation which they didn’t set up properly and installed a giant ugly box in the middle of my sitting room that now verbs 72 times a day because it doesn’t work. I’m shocked Tesla recommends, judging from recent reviews I would assume that will change soon. Couldn’t recommend them less. Avoid at all costs if you can.
