The website states an international delivery time of 5–7 days. As of today, I still haven’t received my order placed on 05/11/2025, and it’s now 23/11/2025.
This is my second order, and unfortunately I’ve experienced the same issue both times, which is quite disappointing.
However, the mica powders are really great quality!
Products are good
Products are good! They have got slower at product picking and sending out the parcels. The price of postage is also now much higher, so only order when you have a lot to get otherwise it is not cost effective to a small business.
NO COMUNICATION.
The fragrances are fine and the shipping works out great to EU.... BUT.... it is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with any one in the company. Emails are not answered, the contact form on their page nobody answers, the chat bot is not active, when I try to call it rings twice then hangs up. The ifra documents are not available for down load on the page and because I cant get hold of anyone to ask a question I basically cant get hold of the documentation and therefore can not use their fragrances in my products as I cant get anything certified and assessed.... so.... that put an end to that great idea. Therefore only 2 stars.

Where's my order
I ordered a product on 15th April that I had to pay £7.50 'Standard Shipping' on, which stated 'Next Working Day'. It is now 22nd April and it still has not been dispatched.
I dont think I will order here again
I have had no replies to emails. My order hasn't arrived even though the website states it will be posted next day. Changed hands since I last ordered from here. Just no communication at all.

Placed an order, only to get a phone call to cancel my order because their website glitched. Then to apologize they offer me a 15% discount code, which I'm still yet to receive. Website seems quite dodgy to me.

Shocking
I’ve used eazy colours for 6 years and absolutely loved this company but since it being sold it’s by far the worst company I have ever dealt with it’s an absolute shambles.
We have now ordered 3x and every order has come wrong, they can’t blend the colours properly so colours are completely different every time, customer service is the worst we have ever encountered.
If I could give 0 stars I would I’ve always left 5 star reviews for eazy colours and left positive feedback but giving the new owners chance after chance it’s now effecting our business. Beyond shocking
Terrible first impression and underwhelming customer service to say the least
I was recommended Eazy Colours so placed an order without worry. The website says 2-3 days dispatch time but after 5 days I hadn't received a dispatch notification so I queried it. At day 7 I received an email which to me felt quite unprofessional stating that the products I had ordered they didn't actually have in stock or have the recipe for. They said they had asked someone for the recipe and as soon as they had it the product would be made and sent out the same day. I asked for a time frame and was told they could not give me one as they were waiting for the person to send them the recipe. As a first time customer I have no idea who the person was - turns out it is the previous owner of the business, who I am informed sold up months ago so things like this should have flagged up by now. There was no offer of a refund or to swap to a different product, just simply there's nothing we can do until we get the recipe. I responded asking for a refund and I have heard nothing since. The product is still available for sale on the website and there has been no response to my email. I allowed 48 for a response and put in a PayPal dispute, receiving an instant refund. I am still yet to hear anything from Eazy Colour even though they must be aware of the dispute.

Still hasn’t arrived, taken a week so far, so not happy with delivery times, plus paid far too much as was sold out at my supplier, won’t use again
First Order Bad Experience
First time ordering. Received email confirmation of order. Next day received an email to say only part of my order was available due to them moving warehouse and couldn’t lay their hands on stock. I emailed back asking when the remainder would be available to ship and never received a reply but the part order arrived days later still no reply email. I have rang on two occasions since and also emailed twice and still no response regarding the rest if my paid for order. Still waiting. A reply to one of my emails or calls would be nice
