Hi Angela. As a VAT registered business we have to charge VAT. Before you check out it shows you that VAT is added. You then have the option to purchase or not. This is normal practice.

Time off work with a broken elbow means I have struggled badly, especially as I am the only one that can blend colour. I did offer you a refund and you declined, but as you are not happy you have been refunded in full anyway. I am sorry for the inconvernience.

Always an amazing shopping experience…

Always an amazing shopping experience with eazycolours. The products are the best out there. Colours are so vibrant and the fragrances smell absolutely delish. Assesments are amazing, and you wont be disappointed should you purchase one with eazycolours. Maria and the team are always so helpful. Dispatch times are always quick.
Every shopping experience I've had with eazycolours is always a positive one. Thank you for all your hard work eazy team, in providing us with amazing ingridients that we can turn into beautiful products, greatly appreciated :)

Havnt received goods :-(

I am now editing this response due to how i have been dealt with by the owner of the business since leaving this review. I am really upset & feel genuinely hurt by how I have been dealt with.
I have had my order cancelled, and received far from professional emails. I feel like I have been attacked personally and punished for leaving a review. My review was left based on THIS experience, I wasn't rude nor did I have unrealistic expectations. I like the products, ive been a customer for a long time, hence me saying how good the products are. I can happily upload copies if my emails, one thing I'm not is rude and to acuse someone of treating them like a "punchbag" is so wrong & disrespectful on so many levels.
The level of disrespectful behaviour from the women running this business has left me speechless. Its her way or the highway. I would never dream of handling a matter or speaking to my customers in the manner I'm being dealt with.
When ordered the only postal option was Ecom 2- 3 days. It didn't state business days. I understand processing days will need to be added to the delivery, I understand people are busy, but still, I had been waiting, in my opinion a long time for my delivery, more than the stated time & hadnt received any contact or updates.
I didnt want to call easy colours, I have in the past & you either don't get an answer or the reply is a little sharp when you do. I did email, but the email reply states up to 3 days to receive to a reply, when you need an answer urgently that wasnt helpful to me. In the past I have emailed and not received a reply so I wasn't really sure what to do if I'm totally honest. They say you can get in touch via FB but I that's not something I even considered to do.
Maybe a 1 star was a bit to low, maybe a 3 would have been more accurate. I apologise for my initial 1 star, had I been treated differently when i was contacted i would have happily changed my rating to a 3. BUT, how I have been treated since leaving this review is not right & the 1 star stands. I have no intention of damaging anyone's business, I am not attacking anyone personally. I simply was very unhappy with how long I had been waiting, was disappointed & genuinely unsure where my goods were. As a business myself, the time I had been waiting, with no clue to when i would receive the package is a long time to wait for products when you have customers demanding full shelves.
I have been off work with phumonia & was returning after 2 weeks. My shelves looked very sad due to my absence as I am the only staff member that makes all the candles, bathbombs & other products we sell. I ordered in my opinion, in plenty of time ready for my return and i stand by what i said, that I had been waiting a long time with no updates or guide when my order would arrive as the timescales given on ordering had already passed by. I had at the time of leaving the original review been waiting 7 working days with no delivery. In the wholesale world, that's a long time. I ordered several items from bases, colours to foaming agents. All needed for me to make the products to fill my shelves. It should matter if I ordered 10g of colour or 100kg of products. I'm a paying loyal customer and don't deserve to be bullied and punished for leaving an honest review.
Trust pilot promted me for a review. Never would I have seeked out to leave a negative review, but I received a email asking me to leave a review on my experience, so I did.

Have ordered many times. I love the products, they are excellent.

I havnt received any updates on my order or estimated delivery date for this order. Hopefully I will receive soon as it has already been over a week and still no sign of any products 😕

What a shame to see a one star review when we are over the top busy in the run up to Christmas. I see you asked to have your order sent asap, but everyone else is saying the same. We are working as hard as possible to get everyone's orders out and the website gives constant updates on whether orders are on time or a couple of days late. It is just not possible to give updates to every single customer every day, which is why we do it on the landing page of out website and also tell people in our FaceBook group. I see your order is booked out for tomorrow which means you will receive it on Wednesday. It will have taken 7 working days to reach you instead of the usual 5 (2-3 days despatch). As of today, all our orders are up to date apart from those that came in today and so the website states that dispatch is normal. Your order was cancelled due to your follow up email to my response to your review. We encourage people to call the phone number and maybe you should re-read your emails before you send them, because they are rude and as I have always said, I will not deal with anyone that speaks to me or any staff I have in a rude manner. That makes YOU the bully and we won't deal with people like that! We are here to serve, we are not virtual punchbags! We all have lots going off but we need to separate life from business not use them as excuses to gain sympathy. Trustpilot prompts everyone to leave a review every time they order, yet some only choose to actually leave one if they don't get what they want. No one has bullied you and I have everything sat in my in and outboxes to prove it. I deliberately do not say anything nasty or rude, because that's not the right thing to do, but I do have a right to respond in any way I choose to a review that includes a personal attack on me. As for calling, anyone calling will get a proper response and I am always helpful and try to sort out any problem whether it be a missing item or just help with paperwork - I have all the time in the world because I can talk and work, just not type and work. I have a headset specifically for this very reason. I don't have time to sit at a desk. Your 1* has been accepted and therefore you should expect and accept my response. We obviously don't meet your standards, so I wouldn't expect any more orders.

Worst ever customer service

It would appear you only get a great service from this company if nothing goes wrong or you don't have to make a complaint as this is where the whole thing falls apart.
The worst customer service i have ever experienced not only is Maria (The owner) very rude whenever you message politely with a question or requesting an update on your order she also cancels your order if you dare to point out that she is being rude. I have honestly never received such awful customer service and by looking at the other reviews I'm by no means the first person to experience this. Unfortunately for Maria i have all the rude messages she has ever sent me and will most definatly be kept for future reference. My advice stay well clear.

When you asked where your order was I replied with
''Hello Warren, you only ordered a couple of days ago and it does say on the website that due to excess in orders (because of run up to Christmas) orders will be a day or two later than normal. It will be out by end of tomorrow as we will be working on Monday's orders.'' Your response to me was ''Well iv now ordered over a week ago and my order still doesn't say its been despatched every time i have to contact you (Ver politely to just ask where my order is) i get a very rude response from you. So very politely can i please ask if this has been despatched yet as i was promised it was going to be done last Friday. I dont need any sarcastic replies just a simple answer to my question.''
I then responded with ''Hi Warren, at no point am I rude to you and do not know why you think I am. I am merely giving you a polite answer to your question.'' I will let people judge for themselves who the rude one is.
Seeing as you have been ordeing of us for years I would say that the problem lies with you, otherwise you would have written a bad review a long time ago.
