Awful customer service
Awful customer service asked why I was charged shipping on an assessment that’s emailed to me (this was an admin fee didn’t ask for refund at all or say I wasn’t happy with paying but I said should of stated it on the checkout and not as shipping and they cancelled my order even tho said no need to cancel I was so upset the way it was handled

Its always a shame when someone writes things like this because we get a huge amount of good feedback. When someone orders an assessment they have to use our ingredients. This is because the assessment has been based on our ingredents. Where someone hasn't ordered any ingredients we take the shipping charge as a handling fee. A lot of work is invloved when dealing with customers and assessors and as such we feel the £4.99 shipping fee is a small charge to take. We have no option to state this at checkout. Every item has a shipping fee. You made a big deal about this charge yet at checkout you have the choice to accept or not. If you don't want to pay it you can choose to not check out. When you said you weren't happy at paying it I immediately refunded your order and advised you that you now had the choice that if you didn't want to pay the shipping fee you didn't have to re-order. On the other hand, if you were happy with it you could re-order. This was before you said no need to cancel. You also wanted free shipping as the order was over £100 but assessments aren't included in that deal because the money for the assessments goes directly to the assessor meaning we would be paying for part of your assessment. I am not sure why efficiency is classed as 'awful customer service'. The majority of our customers are very happy with how quickly we respond to them. But then again, you can't please everyone.

Easycolour are fantastic have ordered twice for moulds, glitter, corn starch and some other items, they keep you notified on all aspects of your order (when it’s shipped and when it’s out for delivery)
I only waited couple of days for my items to arrive, I will definitely buying from them again and would recommend to friends 👍
