My mother bought an electric bed in 2017 from eBedz.co.uk. Delivery and installation was excellent and the bed has been superb since day one. In late November 2018 the head end of the bed would no longer raise and upon investigation part of the metal mechanism had sheared.

eBedz were quick to respond and very polite. They passed the case over the the manufacturer, along with photos I had provided, and I was then contacted directly to arrange a date for the repair.

All in all the process, albeit unfortunate, was smooth and quickly rectified. I can only praise both eBedz and the manufacturer for their quick support.

Excellent service from eBedz. I ordered a King size ottoman bed plus a millbrook mattress and I am so pleased with them both. There is plenty of storage space in the ottoman and the grey colour fabric is perfect and fits in well with my colour scheme. I love the mattress and have slept well on it from day one. I would definitely use this company again

Terrible customer service. Mattress sunk 5 cm each side. They say this is misuse. Misuse? We’ve only had the mattress two months. They have ignored my emails so now we will need to take them to court to get a refund.

We were NOT supplied any instructions with this mattress and you have failed to share the report therefore you have provided no evidence, a report of which was not an independent report as Millbrook paid them to carry this out.

Furthermore, internet reviews of Millbrook clearly show that the issue we have is a common one dating back over a decade. Even a review of your company here on Trusted Pilot says that you changed a mattress that had sunk just 3cm (Not Millbrook mattress)

You have not replied to my email yet you have to this review. The reason of misuse after 4 weeks is not ridicules. If there are strict instruction on the use of a mattress then you should have disclosed these at the time of purchase or latest with the delivery. None were supplied with the delivery therefore we could not have known that Millbrook expect you to turn the mattress every week.

You have received my letter of intention as you are the supplier and therefore responsible and we will be proceeding to legal action if not resolved. You do not even have the courtesy of contacting me to discuss further.

4th July: Well a credit card charge back has been received so no need for court action. A mattress cannot be damaged to this extent within 3 months. E-bedz may be an ok company but should have communicated more. Millbrook on the other hand - never will I buy a product of theirs again.

Great Customer Service from eBedz. Bed arrived on time but unfortunately it was for my uncle who passed away the night before delivery. eBedz were very understanding with the situation and are in the process of issuing a refund. Fantastic customer service from start to finish and a special thanks to Ricky Pengelly who has been amazing through this whole process.

So happy with the quality of the bed, it looks amazing and is so comfortable. The delivery guys were polite and installed the bed in record time and showed how it worked. The sales people at eBedz were very helpful, took in what I required and delivered exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended.

I needed an adjustable bed delivered to my home before the hospital would discharge me for the weekend. As a (slow)silver surfer on the net I missed all the deadlines forFriday delivery.
In desperation I rang this company's helpline where Rikky saved the day. Instead of just saying no he took the problem on board contactedthe manufacturers and delivery agents and arranged a special Saturday delivery for me.(Normally weekdays only is possible)
5 star value. 5 star service. 5star care and attention got me home with my family for the weekend. I can't thank him enough. He is a credit to the company.

I bought a Sealy mattress (Melrose Posturepedic - £520) 2 years ago through ebedz and it deformed about 3cm on each side where my wife and I lay (accepted as a fault by Sealy). I sent a few photos over to ebedz and Ricky sent the pics, chased Sealy and came back with a reasonable solution. The speed and ease with which this happened makes this bed company my best ever customer experience (and I'm 49).
So thanks a lot to you and look forward to receiving the replacement mattress. 5 stars.

I was looking for an inexpensive bed for my flat. The staff at eBedz were so helpful both with online chat and separate emails. Excellent service. I would use the company again.

I was looking for an electric bed for us , my hubby has an on going medical condition , I was lucky enough to find eBedz on eBay , I decided to Ring the company before I purchased , I spoke to a member of the team who was most helpful , I watched the video on there site , very interesting , I purchased the coolmax electric bed after all the advice I was given , it was ready in the time I was given , I had to wait for the delivery but was very pleased that I did as the men who delivered the bed assembled it for me at no extra cost , I would point out that I was also VAT free because of my husbands condition , the motor is very quiet , the mattress is superb , I am so very pleased , it`s a bit of a gamble to buy a bed over the internet but the team at this business and the advice I was given was 100% , I would recommend this company and I will , if you are unsure ring chat with them watch the video on there site ask questions , they really are there to help . well done eBedz you get my vote every time

I needed a new electric bed for my mother who was taken ill and I needed it next day. I rang at 10:30 and Ricky helped me through all the choices available and explained the options very clearly. Unfortunately the manufacturer decided they could not to deliver next day when Ricky placed the order but he negotiated with them and got them to agree.
Bed arrived next day - excellent bed and al working first class. My mother has taken to it after 25 years with her old bed.

This is a superb bed for anyone with Arthritis or joint/muscular problems. It has virtually silent operating motors and yet looks like an ordinary bed. We chose it in the colour wheat with a matching Harrow headboard. We selected the memory foam mattress because we wanted the total height of the base and mattress to be at its lowest. This mattress however is firm; so if height is not important, we would have selected a pocket sprung mattress. Buy with confidence from Ebedz.co.uk as they have knowledgeable staff and are able to deal confidently with customers. We will purchase from them again.

I would recommend this company the staff are very polite and helpful , if I ring with a query it's dealt with efficiently and pleasantly .
The bed I bought is of very good quality I am so pleased with it I had spinal surgery and needed comfort but also support this bed covers all of my needs .
I am now able to have a good nights sleep and wake up feeling refreshed .
