Great experience. Excellent course that gave me the exact skills and confidence I needed. Thank you ECG Academy.
I was initially intimidated by the Level 1 and 2 size of the course. However, this course has appropriate length videos that are not drawn out or too in depth. Easy to follow, can repeat as many times... See more

The ECG Academy® Learning System is an online, self-paced ECG course created by a cardiac electrophysiologist and award-winning educator, Dr. Nick Tullo. It consists of easy to understand video tutorials that will quickly teach you how to expertly interpret complex ECG rhythm strips and 12-lead electrocardiograms. The course starts with the basics, so no prior experience is needed.... you only need a desire to become an ECG Expert. ECG Academy is not just another ECG Course. We teach the BETTER Way to Read ECGs... rather than relying on "recognizing" arrhythmias (like in ACLS), you will learn WHY the ECG looks the way it does. You'll become comfortable ANALYZING tracings with a deep understanding of the physiology behind the tracings. Our mission is to “revolutionize” ECG learning and get everyone in the healthcare field who values their job and their patients to “Read Different” — to see ECGs in a new light and start recognizing that there’s more to arrhythmias than what’s in the textbooks. We are building a community of providers who look at ECGs like a cardiac electrophysiologist. Unfortunately, most providers never have the opportunity to train with a cardiologist, and certainly not with an EP doctor. We want to open new doors in your career by enabling you to recognize the subtle findings in tracings from across the room that others never see.

The construct of the lectures are done well starting with beginners, then intermediate to advanced. Also understanding the science behind ECG analysis facilitate learning. The many practice ECG strips from real patients also are great help in my continuous learning. The visual aids, the presentations are all well done. The great thing is I could always go back and rewatch the lectures. The lecturer is a master of the subject he’s teaching and how he delivered the lectures are great .

EKG Academy and Dr. Nick, the EKG Guru, are great gifts to Medical students and practicing doctors who want to learn and become confident with EKG interpretation. With his exceptional teaching methods, he makes interpreting EKG intuitive. The lectures at EKG Academy are well organized, start from the very basics to advanced levels, building a strong foundation and training to think through complex tracings. His teaching of a methodical approach to interpreting 12 lead EKG is a very valuable tool. The tests, periodic exams and video explanation for each tracing repeatedly reinforces what you learn. The chalk talks, where he explains hundreds of 12 lead EKGs and arrythmias are outstanding fortifying tools. EKG Academy has been a boon to me as, the confidence on reading my patient’s EKG has helped me in better patient care. I am fortunate and ever grateful to have found EKG Academy . I look forward to continue honing my skills as I am going to start the advanced level course. Thank you Dr. Nick for your dedication.

This course was very chalenging to me. I was frustrated at first and glanced the videos thinking that I will pass the quizzes easily but I understood that I needed to take my time to study seriously and understdand the why and how the heart function and we get the ECG tracings that we get. At the end, I am so greatfull for what I've learned. I am very confident now reading ECGs and at work, I try to read any ECG that falls into my hand. I love it! This course is awsome and has definetly made me an ECG expert. Thank you Dr Tullo!

Best site for rhythm analysis by far. Also great for pacer problems. Not the best for acute ischemia or other EM topics.
Today I learned all about sick sinus syndrome including sino atrial exit block. The teaching is excellent and the use of drawing pictures is very helpful. Thank you

I am nurse practitioner faculty at a large medical center nursing school. We have used this program for several years. It is a challenging but wonderful program. Many of our students are novices in ECG readings as their specialities are in other areas other than critical care or emergency. I've heard from many of them that say they really appreciate the challenge of the program and how much they really learn with Dr. Tullo's approach.

But I did a self-paced course for CEs and it started from the bottom (simple) and worked its way to the top (expert) and I was able to learn all of it. I learned so much with the course and continuing with the Chalk Talks helps to keep the information in your brain, especially if you aren't surrounded by complex cardiac patients everyday. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to sharpen and advance their ECG skills.

Dr Nick was amazing. I am a 27 year veteran ER nurse. I did not think there was much more to learn with EKG's. Boy was I wrong. This program should be mandatory for all Dr's and Nurses. Thank you Dr Nick

I enjoyed the whole series of the course. I still need more time to obtain the whole concepts and skills needed for my profession. I would strongly suggest healthcare providers working in critical care to take effort to learn from the ECG academy. Dr. Nick is awesome. I plan to come back after my CRNA program to do more.
