Great experience. Excellent course that gave me the exact skills and confidence I needed. Thank you ECG Academy.
I was initially intimidated by the Level 1 and 2 size of the course. However, this course has appropriate length videos that are not drawn out or too in depth. Easy to follow, can repeat as many times... See more

The ECG Academy® Learning System is an online, self-paced ECG course created by a cardiac electrophysiologist and award-winning educator, Dr. Nick Tullo. It consists of easy to understand video tutorials that will quickly teach you how to expertly interpret complex ECG rhythm strips and 12-lead electrocardiograms. The course starts with the basics, so no prior experience is needed.... you only need a desire to become an ECG Expert. ECG Academy is not just another ECG Course. We teach the BETTER Way to Read ECGs... rather than relying on "recognizing" arrhythmias (like in ACLS), you will learn WHY the ECG looks the way it does. You'll become comfortable ANALYZING tracings with a deep understanding of the physiology behind the tracings. Our mission is to “revolutionize” ECG learning and get everyone in the healthcare field who values their job and their patients to “Read Different” — to see ECGs in a new light and start recognizing that there’s more to arrhythmias than what’s in the textbooks. We are building a community of providers who look at ECGs like a cardiac electrophysiologist. Unfortunately, most providers never have the opportunity to train with a cardiologist, and certainly not with an EP doctor. We want to open new doors in your career by enabling you to recognize the subtle findings in tracings from across the room that others never see.

Dr. Nick is an excellent teacher and expert in EKG. He explains pathophysiology behind the arrhythmias in a simple and detailed manner which makes it easy to understand. The chaltalks and quizzes help us to use the skills and knowledge that we have learned and make us an expert reader.

This course is an incredible experience, I learned so much during the course and continue to do so with the chalk talks. Dr. Nick is an amazing teacher who can take complex concepts and make them easily comprehensible. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is because I can't give it 6. I recommend this to all my health care cohorts.

Dr. Nick is a great teacher! He explains ECG concepts very well, from the basic fundamentals all the way up to very advanced concepts. If you want to not only know what the funny squiggles mean, but what is going on in the heart to make them do that, then the ECG Academy videos are what you need, from the full series of lessons to all of his Chalk Talks, and then all of the clinical workshop recordings. Dr. Tullo will teach you how to really analyze an ECG from a physiologic point of view instead of just recognizing patterns that can lead you astray.

Have been a subscriber to ECG Academy since 2018 and highly respect both the syllabus and the teacher. Material is presented logically and with a strong emphasis on clinical reality and pathophysiological mechanism - so the candidate can build up a robust first principles understanding of electrocardiography and its place in diagnosis and treatment. Dr Nick Tullo ensures that you go beyond pattern recognition and learn to think in the language of electrocardiography. There is content suitable for everyone, from ab initio novices to practicing cardiologists. The site is particularly useful for anyone wanting a sound introduction and kick start into the arcane areas of pacemakers and cardiac electrophysiology.

I really like the way dr. Nick teaches ECG, especially the way he focuses on a physiological understanging instead of pattern recognition. He is very passionate about teaching ECG, and his videos are of very high quality. I support his saying that it should really be called ECG analysis and not ECG Interpretation, and with his attention to details and correcting common misconceptions about reading the ECG, he has elevated the art of ECG analysis to a whole new level for me. On top of all this, he is very kind and has a great sense of humour.
