eChinaCareers Reviews

Communication was incredibly accurate and timely. Staff made sure that their professionalism was always there.

The agents are honest and supportive. They had good advice and worked hard to find me a suitable position.

I was able to build strong trust with eChinaCareers rapidly due to the consultant’s frequent and very clear communication of details and expectations. Support in negotiation was upheld to a more than satisfactory outcome. The consultant checked in on progress after agreement on a bi-weekly basis, further establishing confidence. I highly recommend eChinaCareers based on their integrity and professionalism.

I worked with eChinaCareers this year to help me find a job after graduation, and after all the terrible things I’ve heard and seen with so many recruitment agencies in China, I was more than a little surprised by how incredibly professional and helpful they are. When they asked me if I would like to write a review, I was more than happy to because I felt like they really went above and beyond with helping me. Here’s a quick breakdown of my experience, hopefully it’s useful to someone:

I found myself graduating from a Chinese university and about to look for a job here during the aftermath of Covid, which also happened to be a time that included quite a few policy changes that affected teachers in China. Because of the weird timing and my slightly unique situation, it was hard to find much useful information about what it would take to begin working here as a teacher, and after doing a lot of online searching and contacting other agencies I was at a bit of a loss.

A friend recommended eChinaCareers and I got into contact with them. They were more than generous with their time, and were able to answer my many many questions, and the few they couldn’t answer immediately were answered a day or two later after they went back and got into contact with whoever needed to be contacted to find the right info.

They also spent a lot of time with me to figure out which schools would be a good fit for me, and I managed to find a school that is pretty much exactly what I’m looking for.

They also helped with almost every aspect of the paperwork, police clearance check, TEFL course, contacting schools, contracts, changing my visa, following up after I started working etc.

Overall it’s been a great experience working with them, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about to come to China to teach, or anyone in China already looking to change jobs.

eChinaCareers have been very helpful in helping me land a job in China. I would like to mention a special thanks to Summer at eChina, who has assisted me in every single step of the way, even with some of the most challenging parts of my job applications.

I have obtained a position at a top company in China, with an excellent team and working environment.

I have gone through other agencies in the past and I will say for certain that eChina provides a superior service compared to others.

I want to thank eChinaCareers for everything that they have done for me, I recommended anyone that is looking for a new job opportunity to get in contact with eChinaCareers, you will not regret it!

My experience working with Echina Careers has been fantastic. I am really grateful to them for not only landing me an incredible job in China in exactly the field I wanted, but most importantly I am thankful for the care that was taken each step of the way. I felt like they really cared and my recruiter was invested in making sure I succeeded, even when there were bumps along the way. I truly could not rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone seeking a job in China.

I received excellent service from Queenie. She not only helped with my application but followed up through each step of my employment. I am very grateful to her for all her hard work.

Staff were very helpful in answers questions and keeping me on track with what I needed.

Helpful and friendly, will work tirelessly to connect you with the right school.

I can’t thank eChinaCareers enough! From my first interview with them all the way to starting my role as a teacher in China they went above and beyond. I want to give a special thanks to Queenie who was my advisor during this time, she made the process so easy for me and she continues to help me and check i am okay (3 months after my arrival). They don’t just help with finding a job for you, they help with moving and settling into life in China. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to start their journey working and living in China!!

I can't recommend eChina Careers highly enough! They have been instrumental in supporting my career as an educator in China. At various points, they have assisted me with obtaining fingerprint reports and providing any relevant information I needed to continue my professional growth. Their team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, making the entire process seamless. If you're looking for a reliable partner in your career journey in China, eChina Careers is the way go.

I recently used their services to have a fingerprint background check processed for me. I worked with a representative named Norbert who was very professional. I was updated consistently throughout the process and given a very clear timeline. The service they provided was very fast and efficient. I highly recommend them to others and would use their services again in the future.

They took my fingerprints in China on July 17th. I had the FBI background check with Apostille in my hands in China on August 24th. Good communication and regular updates the whole way including the digital FBI check. Thanks for making the process so painless! I would recommend this service to anyone.

Super straightforward and great help!

My second time using their services

I've used echinacities to handle legalising and authenticating my documents multiple times and they have been very helpful and professional and have kept me updated with the progress so I didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, they have been very useful and would use them in the future.

The service was great but the price was high. Communication with the eChina team was easy and they were highly responsive and informative. With that being said, the price was too high. It was 2750 RMB ($380) for 2 notarizations and 2 apostilles. I was in a bit of a time crunch, so that was my error to not check prices beforehand. I'd recommend asking for an itemized receipt to better understand what you're paying for.

The staff at eChinaCareers were very professional, prompt to reply to questions, and flexible to meet our needs and time frame. We really appreciated working with Mr. Norbert to complete my FBI background check and received everything back with the required authentication and translation within a little over a month. We are very satisfied and thankful that this service was available in Chengdu.

They provide a great service and reasonable rate for apostillation of documents.
Norbert did an amazing job and responsive.

Staff were polite and prompt in answering any questions. Services were provided as detailed. No complaints!

Norbert and Noah are absolutely amazing, they helped so much with my process and done an amazing job!
