I've been waiting for a refund for over a month. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone. A lot of customers have the same problem. I will never order again!

Ordered running shoes 15 days ago, still no feedback regarding delivery. The site says delivery 2-5 days.
Tried to contact them several times bit no answer.
Delivery company says that they didn’t recieved package for delivery.
ALL in all, my worst experience.
Avoid alltogether
got several pairs of shoes and one pair returned the same day as size did not fit. They cent currier to pick up them but my money never was deposited to my account after 20 days. I tried to contact them but no one reply. I called them yesterday and talked with Elizabeth and she promised she would get me my mone back. Today I followed up with her and she was extremely rude and incompetent. I
I ordered shoes a month ago and still haven't received them. The only thing I receive are stupid AI answers. After my first complaint, they wrote my sandals would be sent within two days. Three weeks later, no sandals, no explanation, no apologies, and, of course, no money. The worst online shopping experience ever!
The worst online shoe shop... You can barely log in to their page, and when you do, they automatically log you out five minutes later no matter the activity. The Facebook and Google linked login does not work. Their mobile app will not let you log in at all. You insert every information as required when ordering (I did it 5 times), and you still can not order from them... My god, they are exclusively an online store, and their online page will not let me order anything hahaha
They should be ashamed of themselves.
I'll make it short as i can with so many issues i had with just one purchase.
I payed delivery 4.5€, regardless it is stated that delivery is free after certain amount. My bad, i wasn't paying attention bc i thought they don't lie.
I have bought 2 items (children shoes). First time on childs feet, one sole entirely glued out. She was in the school and i had to go and bring her shoes in which she can walk.
Than the AGONY begins!!!
Customer service is soooo bad! They answer every 10 days with some bot messages that don't have anything to do with things i was addressing to. There's phone number (not free!), that tells you, they don't have customer service on the phone.
I have done everything they asked to. Sent the shoes back, provided my account number... They say, they can't refund me on AC or Revolut so i had to find another bank account from family member (but there's no problem when I'm paying with those). I never wanted a refund to begin with. I wanted new item. They said "we don't do this". Idk why bc same shoes are still available in size i need.
Anyway... More than a month I'm still waiting for that refund.
I'm poor. That's why I'm buying cheaper stuff on sales, and that's why I don't have normal bank account. Meanwhile my kid doesn't have normal winter shoes. Because that refund means something to me.
Like i said AGONY of an experience!
A month ago I ordered shoes from ecipele.hr. The item I received was worn, devastated inside and out, worn insole, with traces of being worn in the rain. I waited for days for a complaint, and after they approved it and after they received the shoes back, now they are not returning the money for weeks beyond the deadline.
At first, they responded to e-mails by sending some kind of "emergency calls" to the competent department, and now they don't even do that anymore. They neither return the money nor respond to e-mails.
I won't stop here!
Prije mjesec dana narucio sam cipele sa ecipele.hr. Artikal koji sam zaprimio bio je nošen, devastiran izvana i iznutra, potrošenog uloška, sa tragovima nošenja po kiši. Čekao sam na reklamaciju danima, a nakon što su je odobrili i nakon što su zaprimili cipele nazad, sada ne vracaju novac tjednima izvan roka.
Isprva su odgovarali na e-mailove kako šalju kakve "pozurnice" nadleznom odjelu, a sada niti to vise. Niti vracaju novac, niti odgovaraju na e-mailove.

at checkout they didn't mention how much will be delivery, it turned out it was 20% of product price.
package arrived really fast.
Their mails are gramatically weird so it seems unprofessional and scammy
Extremely difficult to place order AND even more difficult to call and talk to "non human characters" - as You have to go trough several minutes of choices and then faulty line with multiple interruptions (of other lines or distorted echoes) occur - which all points to conclusion that this is poorly developed page and not at all care about clients in mind. Furthermore, customer support is NON EXISTENT - and if called they blame "you" for all issues that exist on THEIR page.
IF POSSIBLE, I advise You all to seriously avoid this site.
Returns are NOT possible, I have had fee and still di dnot get the money I paid to them and I had to shi to them item that I purchased and I "will get money if the item is not opened and not used" ... - how can I "NOT OPEN" the shoe I ordered to see if the number is OK ... I ordered 40.5 size and I got 43 ... because - as the "help" or "customer support" told me that I "ordered 40.5 adn that is as same as 43 in that soecific mark ... and me being 40.5 should have no porblem using it" - obviously I can NOT "not have problem" wearing 2 sizes bigger shoes ...
Užasno iskustvo. Nakon 7 dana, i preko 300€ potrošenih, korisnička služba ne može locirati pošiljku niti je uopće poslana.
Zaobilaziti u širokom luku!
Terrible experience. 7 days alter, paying over 300€ -- parcel hasn't even been picked up.
Support can't even locate the package.
Avoid at all costs!

Awful experience, wouldn't recommend.
Bought Adidas slippers and paid right away, expected delivery in 2-3 days as stated on the website. In two days i got an email saying it would be late a few days. Two more days passed and i get an email stating order is canceled. I wrote an email wanting some explanation—which I never got. One more day passed and I got another automatic email saying I'll get a refund in 5 days. So all in all a HUGE waste of time. Left me totally confused as to what happened with the money i sent, Customer service is awful.

I have bought shoes for my son and after few days received a pair of torn shoes (on the seam). I have requested replacement for new pair, however got response that this is not possible, but that I should return shoes, and after I receive refund, I should place a new order. I have done exactly as told, however after few days received exactly the same torn pair of shoes. So not only that they continued selling returned torn shoes, but they sell them to same customer again!
Edit: e-Cipele, your reply that you offered many solutions is lie! You have not offered me anything acceptable for customer, but just for you. You may be ashamed.
