They cheat their customers - do not try to make a return - it will not happen, because the packages get lost and you never get your money back. They are even so rude that they ask you to look for a package with the delivery company (with which MODIVO has a contract, not YOU!). Of course, you never get your money back, nor the package you sent back!!

Scam. Selling Valentino merch, and there is nowhere stated that this is not Valentino Garavani but some fake Mario Valentino
They did not pay a refund for the returned item. had to intervene twice by email, so they apologize, they received the item but did not issue a refund. now 21 days have passed since receiving the returned item in their warehouse.
Užasno iskustvo. Nakon 7 dana, i preko 300€ potrošenih, korisnička služba ne može locirati pošiljku niti je uopće poslana.
