Carly had been so helpful and friendly in working with our daughter who has special needs. She has supported her through applying for jobs, helping her with interviews and to get her first job. She continues to work closely with her by attending the job in her first few days to provide support, encouragement and guidance.

I visited Marylands Day Care Centre today at Colchester to share some copies of photos from Colchester Museum archives to a room of older people. I could see the bond of trust and friendship between the service users and all the staff including Anne & Katie . It was a warm and caring environment full of interaction. The space were welcoming and there was a lovely atmosphere. Anne was very encouraging and so engaging with all present.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful carers and the incredible OT, Rebecca, from the Harlow Reablement team who have supported us over the past six weeks. Your professionalism, expert advice, and unwavering kindness and compassion have been truly invaluable. The consistent, high-quality care provided by each and every staff member we encountered is a testament to the excellent training they had obviously received. We are deeply grateful for everything. W&G R.

I was provided with a significant amount of information that I wasn't aware of before-hand. I was guided and shown what to consider and provided with recommendations. I was also made to feel very comfortable and re-assured for follow-ups.

Lynn has been working with my son to support and prepare him in finding employment to suit his personality and needs. What I like most about Lynn is how she understands my son, she's very patient with him, and above all incredibly positive. Linda has been the fantastic job coach supporting my son at his work placement, offering him encouragement along the way with interviews and really showing care and consideration to my son's needs. I would highly recommend ECL and their Inclusive Employment Scheme.

All ECL staff I have encountered in my sons job searches have been very professional and dedicated to assisting them to find appropriate employment. Guiding them through job search, interview and until they were comfortable in their new roles and beyond. I don't think we could have achieved this without their support.

Kate has been really helpful, during a really stressful time at my current job. She has helped me through discussions with them and is helping me find a new place of work that will be a better and maturer environment to work in. Thank you Kate!

We are using ECL to support my special needs child to find employment. I cannot rate them highly enough, they work as a fantastic team and although our main contact is Carly, who if I could I would give 100 stars to, the whole team have had their part in helping me find a place in society for my child. Thank you so much. You have lifted a huge heavy weight off me.

From the first point of contact ECL have been nothing but exceptional. They helped my son find an apprenticeship, supported him in getting his C.V together & attended interviews with him. Once he had his apprenticeship he was assigned a work coach. Lynn was absolutely brilliant in supporting my son throughout his apprenticeship in whatever capacity he needed. She saw him at least once a week, sometimes more if needed & she was always available if we had any questions or queries. I can’t recommend Lynn or the company enough

We have been using these com-any to support my mother with Dementia to stay at home .
Most of the carers have a been great , but sadly NOT staying their allocated time slot 10 mins instead of 45 mins , this was key to help stabilise my mother and engage her in a activity of some kind .
Even though we have flagged this up nothing has changed .
The 24 hours on call number was next to useless when we had an emergency and no way of leaving a message on their system.
Sadly we have no access to any records , other company’s use a simple ap , the best was writing in a note book that my mum then hides or throws always .
So we have no idea has she been fed or what mood she may be in .
Very disappointing service .

Neil's professionalism was invaluable . He is a person who can trust and leave everything in his hands . Thank you so much for the help. Without you we would've still been lost in the job finding process.

The first visit to see my mum, the carer went upstairs to wake her up 5pm to come downstairs, carer then went down left my mum to come downstairs with no assistance, mum then fell from the top down to the bottom as she was weak & malnourished. Mum Spent 4 weeks In Hospital with a broken nose, Fracture cheek bone, a massive hematoma on her forehead still. 5 broken ribs, 4 Fractured vertebrae & 4 Fractures on her spine, currently needing 24 hours care. ECL haven't had the decency to see how she is.😫

Caroline Newton has been our main contact at ECL. She helped my son to find a permanent job nearly 2 years ago, and the ECL staff are still around to give assistance and advice if we need it. The other members of staff at ECL that we have encountered over the last 2 years have also been incredibly helpful and patient. They all receive 5 stars from us!!

Thank you to Adele, Caroline and the team for their fantastic support at helping Paul find a job in a school kitchen which he absolutely loves, ‘too much’. He now has a permanent contract, his first job at age 54! Your wonderful care, understanding and patience made this possible. Thank you, Paul and family.
