First of all stepping into the office u will see a sign that say ‘if u come here for an interview u shouldn’t speak to each other’ why?
Second of all why should a model agent charge u a security deposit
Why is their social media page so weird they don’t follow any other model agency, they don’t tag their so called model when they post their pictures, they get less than 100likes and they got 9k followers
Can they pls show prove of the big brands they claimed they worked for?
Why is the so called manager telling me to pay £100 security deposit told him i don’t have it and he said pay £50 first to pass the interview
They sent me email saying i should come for interview i read the email more than 5 times and i got there they manager said pay £100 and he said it’s included email saying it a security deposit i read the email more than 5 times there’s nothing like that in the email i wanted to open the email to show them i got no internet i connected to their wifi open the mail it says no content in this email they deleted the email

However, you are ignoring all of our tons of good reviews.
Here are a few quick points that we will ask you and everyone else to note.
1) You state about big brands and proof. This means that you clearly do not know that in the UK you are not legally allowed to display big brands on the your Instagram unless you have worked with them. We have worked with many big brands and you can see some of them on our Instagram such as Nike, Burberry, London Fashion Week to name but a few.
2) You mentioned that we charge at least £100 for models. Like most things in life, what you put in is what you get out and modelling is no different. Up and down the country daily many aspiring models go into studios to pay for expensive portfolio pictures. This can cost anything between £1000 to £3000 but we do this free for our models. We also provide our models with video reels that clients like in this day and age and we also provide them with catwalk training.
3) Above all, you do not mention that the models get their money back once they have proved themselves. And above all, we are Government regulated.
4) You mentioned our sign that requests models not to communicate with each other whilst in the waiting room. The reason behind this is very simple and had you asked us we would have simply told you why. The reason is because, there are models that have already been interviewed and we do not want them to impart the interview process to new models. Furthermore, this is to ensure that every models has a fair and equal chance. It is really that simple.
5) Also, in response to what you have mentioned in your post regarding the deposit not being stated in the email is completely incorrect and every models that attends an interview receives the same confirmation email and is aware of the deposit. I also want to add in that it is genuinely impossible for us to delete an email from our side once you have received an email you are the only individual in control to what happens to that email . So please consult your device.
Sadly in the world we live in, there are individuals that want everything but do not want to invest into themselves. We are not interested in these individuals and you seem to be one of them. We only want models to come and see us that are serious about perusing a modelling career, making good money in the process and getting tons of exposure these things cost money meaning someone has to pay for it.
Nonetheless, good luck for the future and once again thank you for your post.

An unforgettable experience for all the right reasons
My son had visited Eclipse yesterday for an interview and photoshoot. I wanted to write this review to let everyone know how impressed I was with Eclipse's communication towards my son, allowing him to feel fully prepared before his visit; they were also happy to answer any questions that he had. Whilst I did not visit the location myself, my son was enthusiastic when talking about his experience, highlighting how professional it felt, along with pointing out the kind and curious staff, Great work everybody, I will certainly be recommending Eclipse to others in the near future.

A 10/10 experience from start to finish
Having had a photoshoot and interview at Eclipse Model Management yesterday, I can safely say that it was the best experience that I have had so far within the modelling industry. I was treated very well by the staff during my visit and the venue itself looked very sophisticated. The insights gained from this experience were worth the visit alone, I really enjoyed it. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I had an excellent experience at Eclipse Model Management today. Prior to my visit, I appreciated that I had been provided with a comprehensive email detailing all aspects of my visit, ensuring that I was fully prepared. The venue was easy to locate with the address provided on the email and I was instantly given a good first impression with the upmarket and professional aesthetic. All of the staff that I interacted were well presented and friendly making me feel confident and comfortable for my interview and photoshoots. For any new or experienced model, I could recommend Eclipse enough; thank you!

1. We have received numerous positive reviews and maintain strong relationships within the industry. While we recognize that not everyone will be satisfied, the overwhelming majority of our models have had positive experiences.
2. As a fully Government regulated and controlled fashion agency, we operate with complete transparency. Our practices, contracts, model payments, and overall operations are overseen by regulatory bodies. If we were engaged in unethical or fraudulent activities, we would not be allowed to operate.
3. Our Instagram showcase the esteemed companies we work with, demonstrating our credibility within the fashion industry.
4. Every model accepted into our agency receives two professional photoshoots with images airbrushed and retouched in Milan, Italy, a professional video reel, and catwalk training from an experienced model with international runway experience. These benefits are guaranteed, and we encourage anyone interested to visit us and see for themselves.
5. Some negative posts label us as a scam without providing any specific details or evidence. In many cases, these claims stem from misunderstandings or unrealistic expectations.
6. We charge a refundable security deposit starting from £100. This deposit is returned to models who follow our simple guidelines. If any model has followed the rules and not received their refund, we welcome them to come forward with their name so we can address the issue.
