Having engaged with Eco Angels UK for the purchase of solar batteries and other renewable energy components, I can confidently say their service is exceptional.

This is the second time I've purchased a battery for my fox system, and I must say, the people here are some of the most accommodating and genuinely pleasant I've ever worked with. I wholeheartedly recommend considering this company for any of your solar needs.

Eco Angels are one of the best around. Olimpia is our account manager and has always been very helpful and always keeps us in the loop with progress of our orders.
Deliveries have been generally next day if the materials are in stock and we are kept up today date on the progress and expected delivery times etc. Price wise, Eco Angels have been far more competitive than the other large suppliers we had previously been using. So all in all Eco Angels blows their rivals out the water!! We highly recommend them.

Great supplier. Delivery times couldn't be quicker, we've had products delivered on the same day. The whole team is brilliant, our account manager is Olimpia and she goes above and beyond to make sure we get our products for the best price, and as quickly as possible.

Having seen many of the reviews posted for Eco-Angels it is hard to believe that I contacted the same company. I wanted an Inverter and Battery and some information. On November 26th I spoke to Josh. “Yes” he said “email your requirements and someone will get back to you”. Email sent – nothing. A few days later I phoned again. “Yes” said Carly “Send the email again and if no one else gets back to you, I will on Monday”. Email Sent. An immediate email response from Conor. “All received Ray. The team will get back to you Monday. Have a great wk end”. But again nothing. A few days later I sent another email requesting a simple Yes/No as to whether Eco-Angels wanted my business or not? Nothing since. I think they got their name wrong, maybe something like Eco Fallen Angels would be better!

The best service I have experienced in a long time. My delivery was a day late, instead of me phoning up to ask the question eco angels phoned me up to say they have already spoke to DPD who had lost the parcel and eco angels had my delivery there the very next day. Great customer service, best pricing I could find and lovely staff. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Eco-Angels was recommended to us by the electrician who connected our solar panels. We placed the order on Sunday for batteries, inverter, and connections. It was delivered on Wednesday.

The communication from Eco-Angels was excellent, and I was kept updated. I would recommend them to anyone.
