I bought a pillow for $79 it's a 12x20 pillow when I received the pillow it was folded in half in a teeny tiny baby package I was scared to open it because if I cut the package it would probably cut the pillow so I wrote to them and told them and they just told me to very carefully open it okay that was one thing the second thing is when I opened it it was such a baby pillow it was about as big as my head and I paid $79 for it so I waited the 12 hours like they said I let it open up to its fullest and it was a complete rip off so I wrote to them immediately exactly that night and I told him that I would like a refund and where can I return this item I must have written them about 15 emails and back and forth all they kept saying was what's wrong with it what else can we do for you please send us pictures of it etc etc this went on and on and on I bought it on January 6th and it took them a long time to even find it I didn't have a tracking number on it for a long time then finally they called me up actually cuz I left a voice message and I said nobody's writing me back and then I'm not getting any response and then you know nobody is telling me where I can return this item so now today I get a $35 refund on my credit card and I paid $79 for it and then they said oh well if you want any more of a refund you have to send it in and I'm like are you guys really for real or am I just in another world here so they are a complete scam business they are no good and I don't know if I could not give them any stars I would do not buy anything from this company they will not give you your money back they will not let me return the item and it's just a bunch of Bologna! I wrote them at least 15 emails on this situation!
I am so disappointed in this pillow. I ordered one about five years ago and the quality was so much better. This time around, it took FOREVER for it to arrive and when it did, it was mailed from China.... which bummed me out because if I'd known they were being made there, I wouldn't have ordered it. The pillow's density has changed and doesn't offer the firm support that the older one does. It doesn't support my neck correctly and is flimsy. It's obvious that they've changed the way they make the pillow, but when I wrote them complaining about the poor quality, they said that nothing has changed. Then they said that they could refund 50% of the price ($69) and I could keep it, or once I sent the pillow back, they would refund the balance, but that I had to pay for the shipping costs! Super bad customer service. I've referred so many people to them and now will make sure I tell just as many people about how this company has fallen from grace. Don't buy from this company.
I ordered a pillow during Black Friday as a holiday gift. Never received the order and I never got an update. Not until I followed up and told them I no longer want the pillow which is already after the holidays… did they ship a new one. Claiming that it was already shipped before I reported it missing. Did I receive a tracking number for this second shipment? No. Did I receive the second shipment? No. I had asked when I followed up that I want to cancel the order as it was already delayed. Customer service was no help. Save your money and get some other brand, Atleast you’ll actually get the product.
You people are ripoffs. I got the charcoal ba boo pillows for my husband and i. Took forever to receive and total garbage...pains are worse. I dont know what garbage cans you went to to put these pillows together but total GARBAGE. You need to be put out of business. Wasted my money. DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS
I bought my standard-size pillow in March 2020 and I immediately fell in love with it. I have not had any issues with the pillow itself. I also bought 2 of the Tencel covers, so I would have a spare when one was in the wash. My issue is with the cover, the zipper is cheap and it would not unzip. I took a video and sent it to the customer service. I could not get the cover to unzip once it was zipped up. They told me tough luck and did not care one bit that I had to cut the cover off. I still had the 2nd cover so I put that one on and sure enough, it's stuck. I can't get it off and I know if I wash the entire pillow with the cover, the pillow will not be the same. So I agree with all these reviews that say the customer service is horrible. They do not stand behind their products. Once you make a purchase, that's it, they will not issue you a refund or even send a replacement out of courtesy. I am writing this review today because I want to buy another pillow but I am very hesitant to do so because I know the cover that I will pay an extra $20 for will have the same issues. Has anyone else had an issue getting the cover to unzip?

I ordered a plus size pillow with a knee pillow bundle for $109.99 on Jan 13, 2023. I waited for 2 weeks to get the pillows, and they turned out to be made by ordinary foams, I was so disappointed! I have been using memory foam pillows for years, and I know how to tell a pillow made of REAL memory foam.
I emailed them for a return, and I'm still waiting for their reply.
This is a terrible, fraudulent company. First, they charged me for two pillows when I only ordered one. Then, they sent me an email saying they refunded me for the one pillow I never ordered, but I never received the money. Then, I never got the other pillow. I’ve refund, but I’m not expecting to get. Do not buy anything from this company. It’s a scam.
At first, the pillows felt marvelous on the neck and reduced pain for my husband and I. I ordered one for each of us. They were comfortable and fresh and we were delighted that they were eco-friendly. This was for about the first year and then the pillows started to lose their shape and support in a way that caused our necks to ache. The company boasts a 3-year warranty. I reached out to them about the situation. They asked for photos so I provided them and they decided the pillow looked in shape and outlined the idea that personal comfort preference was not covered under warranty. How do you determine this without feeling a pillow? It is clear by feel to us that its contour is off and the material is degraded. We suspect that the warranty is not really intended to be followed through with based off our personal experience. Having neck pain from a pillow that earlier removed pain is not what I call personal preference level, especially when two people experienced this same phenomenon. It is called: "the pillow has 'material damage,' even after 'correct usage.'" One of the appeals of buying this pillow was the warranty but we feel it has not been honored for us.

Definitely not worth $74.
No support whatsoever.
I recommend you don’t buy from this company.

I ordered my pillow in December 2021, and did not receive it until over a month later. They provided me with a tracking number that showed that the label was created, but that USPS was never actually in possession of the item. The email with the "tracking info" also came with a claim that there were delays due to the pandemic, going so far as to say that "It is the shipping carriers and government who decide when to deliver your parcel." LOL. While waiting for my purchase, I emailed the address provided on the website, explaining that I no longer wanted the pillow, and to please cancel the order. I received no response. I eventually received my pillow, and it just wasn't comfortable at all. I emailed again within a few days, saying that I wanted to return it in accordance with the return policy stated all over their website, which stipulates that "to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products..." Still no response. Sent a THIRD email, STILL no response. Finally, I found an address to send the pillow to, and sent it back, despite not getting a response from them, let alone an RMA or acknowledgment of the return. After never receiving my refund after sending the pillow back, I opened up a dispute claim with Ally bank. I just learned recently that this merchant actually had the nerve to deny the claim/refund. In other words, they got the pillow back from me, AND kept my payment for it…
The EcoDen pillow that costs $60 did not suit me causing me back and neck pain but that's Ok. What was not Ok was the Free Trial 30-day return policy which wasn't followed through. I'd call them a Fraud Company. I say this because they offered me half the price if I kept the pillow. But the Pillow wasn't good for me at all so I tried to return it but I had to pay for the shipping with a tracking number which would have cost me $20 due to the pillow size and they gave me the Wrong return address through email as well. So their full money-back return policy doesn't exist.
Very disappointed with their pillow. Provides little to no support, 30 day free trail is useless, if dissatisfied cost to ship back is outrageous. Not worth the money, do not recommend!
Still waiting for my pillow for over 3 weeks and tracking # hasn’t even been picked up since 27Sep and no processing information. Ellen has been nice about it but tired of waiting for it. When website and emails say 7-15 days we are now 25 days: request a refund.
Well it's an automated company once youare in process of ordering they follow you like your shadow then you feel what an amazing customer service.. then after you pay they vanish .. and they send me bogus tracking number ..4 weeks now no answer.. BIG SCAMM.. if there is quarter star or no star I would give them.. rubbish
