This scooter is great, easy to assemble and have my freedom back. It’s great to be mobile again.

This scooter has helped my parents get around and be able to do things they love to do. It's a great value for the price and very easy to put together. I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone that needs help getting around.

I received my scooter from hubby as an early birthday present, so that I would be able to MATS (Mid-America Truck Show) in Louisville, Kentucky. Unfortunately, my supplemental battery was damaged during transport. Not to worry, I was able to attend and my initial battery was adequate and didn’t need to be recharged during the whole trip. But that’s not the best part of my experience. The Customer Support was beyond superb. I had the pleasure of working with Camila and Elsa. Both of the amazing people kept me informed throughout the exchange process and made my experience so enjoyable. Something tells me that this wasn’t above and beyond care.Thank you both; because of this level of customer support, I don’t hesitate to tell anyone who will listen about my story, my scooter, and my experience. The only downside is that I can’t give more than five stars.

What a great little getter-abouter! This is a nimble delightful scooter. The seat is comfortable and the controls are very user friendly.
Now it's not absolutely perfect, there are a few drawbacks. The turning radius is a bit wide for my liking, but part of that is our neighborhood sidewalks are slender, so that probably is not a problem for anyone else. Plus, I can maneuver, back up, angle, forward, angle, to get around sharp turns. Others may not have that experience at all. Another is that it has zero shock absorption. I may eventually spring for a seat with springs. Still, for the price this little scooter can't be beat! For range, electricity usage, sheer convenience, size and price, it is a dream to own and handle. This is the first scooter I have ever owned, but I've tried out many. The Rascal, the Amigo and others. This little MS02 puts them all in the shade for a personal mobility device. If I ever upgrade, it will be to another EcoMobi! It totally rocks. Oh, and several of my neighbors already have asked where I got it and what the price is, and I think a couple are planning on getting one for themselves! We'll have our own NASCAR. Neighborhood Association Scooter Competitions And Racing! LOL!

I ordered a MobiScooter fromAmazon. The assembly went well. I had a question about the rear mirror installation and it was promptly answered with an email with pictures of proper installation. The scooter has enabled me to continue to take my dog on her morning one mile walk.

I am very pleased with the 4-wheel electric mobility scooter I purchased from this company .It arrived on time ,was in excellent condition , and exactly as described .It performs beautifully and I expect many years of service .I have had a few minor questions and the company was very quick to respond .I would not hesitate to recommend this company to you . I feel they will be there in the future if I need them .

I ordered an adorable pink scooter… unfortunately it did get cracked in shipping. The company immediately sent me the parts to replace and even sent a video to help me through the replacement. It was fairly easy to fix, and my scooter was back to perfect condition.
The company was excellent at communication and support throughout the whole process.
I would definitely do business with them again, besides I reallly like the scooter. 🥰

First of all i love my Ecomobiclub mobile scooter, was very easy to put together. Being 86 years old it gives me the mobility to do many things i could not with out my scooter. I can ride several days before charging, and if any problems they have the best and quick response to take care of. I defiantly would recommend this scooter and the company to everyone who needs more mobility.

Ecomobi has gone beyond that extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. I ordered two scooters from them on separate orders so I would recieved a discount coupon for each. Ecomobi contacted me to make sure that I did place two orders and I really appreciated that. Second they offered me a free gifts for the purchases made. Third they called me to see how we liked them and we love them. You just don't find that kind of customer service much anymore. I highly recommend doing business with Ecomobi, you can trust they will be there for you whenever you may need support. I like the fact that they have a website for accessories and parts if needed. Service was faster than expected and they kept me informed of the status of my deliveres as I did order some accessories. I will be a loyal satisfied customer for years to come.

I bought the scooter for my friend, she really loves it. She's now able to leave the house on her own, go to the store and visit family. Putting the scooter together from the box was super easy. It's ideal for short local trips, typically up to 3 miles range, however, the battery will take you a lot further if you enjoy longer rides. The modest size of this scooter allows you to ride it into elevators, hospitals, stores, restaurants, etc. The engine is 350W as opposed to other scooters in this price range which should minimize the scooter slowing down on inclinations, as opposed to other scooters which are typically 250W. Maximum speed is 7mph which is double the speed of other scooters who don't exceed walking speed. The Ecomobi MS02 brings mobility to people with a limited budget, I doubt you will find a better scooter for this money. The automatic break system is a safe for elderly people to ride a scooter. I'm also impressed with the technical support team who genuinely value customer feedback for improving the quality of their product and service.

Scooter was easy to set up. Very powerful and battery lasts. Customer service was great! I am able to get around much better now. I would definitely recommend

I love the scooter and so does my dog. We had an issue with the charger but they’re sending a new one so I really appreciate that! Vera has been super helpful!
