Didn’t give 5 stars as I had extra aluminium posts I wanted to return and they did not provide a returns service, would cost me way more than the materials to arrange the return.

We have had a great experience with ecomposite. It was easy to order and to amend our order when needed. Noticeable communication skills and very friendly approach of the customer service. The quality of the ecomposite products seems remarkable, of course time will confirm that. The delivery was quick, supplies have been delivered safe but even when one item was damaged, they were more than willimg to replace it. We are very happy with ecomposite professionalism and we definitely recommend the company to others.

EComposite were very helpful on helping us to choose our new Composite fencing.
A problem was encountered on the installation of the gate and they did everything they could to rectify the problem.

Good communication with the sales team when I ordered my grained fence panels and posts. When they arrived they were fabulous quality. Much better than other products I looked at. When assembled it was beautiful. I ordered a gate too in the same grained panels and again that was solid and good quality. Would definitely recommend. 😃

Great customer service. Purchased more lights for our composite fence, which arrived very quickly. Have ordered some vertical ones and look forward to receiving them when they are in stock. Great communication from team too to let me know part of the order was out of stock and to advise of my choices. All products from E Composite have been exceptional, so i had no hesitation in choosing to wait for the rest of my order.

Fantastic service. Izzy went above and beyond to tailor my order to my exact needs. They are always available to chat over any queries over the phone, via email, or what’s app. Highly recommended and about to place 3rd order.

We bought our lovely composite fence panels with aluminium posts & a gate online. Very easy to select the desired height/size/colour, etc. We also called ecomposite customer service for advice and for a quote during the ordering process and they were very helpful and understanding on the phone calls. They helped us order the exact amount of materials that we needed for our project, by us explaining as much as possible to them the size and angles/corners also the gate. They even managed to draw (on the other side of the phone without seeing our drawings) exactly what we had drawn just by listening to us carefully 😊 Delivery arrangements was great from ecomposite and on the day previously discussed with them, but a slight problem with the delivery company “Palletways” which their driver was careless and pallet/materials packaging was damaged. Also the delivery company had not given the driver correct address and/or the driver not able/not experienced enough. We heard the track further down the road from our address struggling to find direction/backing up or manoeuvring on the normal road, so we had to chase him ! In overall we’re very happy with ecomposite products and quality of the materials 😊

Whilst the product seems to be a good unfortunately, I’m not sure on the sales staff the email you trying to get photographs so they can put them on their website which I had no problem with it first but this sales person decided that it would send me an invoice or quote for something I didn’t ask for or want at that point, he thought that if I buy the extra panel that I was short now, I would then be able to give him another photograph and then he could run over to his boss and say I’ve got some new photographs we can put on the website at this point. I didn’t like the way things happened. The number of emails going between each other but the point they seem to Mis is in all the jobs I’ve had. I didn’t have one job that I didn’t have to call that there was a problem with. I did report this to Bailey the managing director but unless he’s on holiday he didn’t he declined not to react to my email which in my book at least if you answer the question or get some response it’s something I did tell them I’d go to trustpilot and the usual is do what you want. I’d love to say that Faye in the company as a very good customer service manner and sorts the problem very quickly unlike other parts of the staff I’m now been approached by another company and will consider them over these as I’m not being forced to buy stuff that I didn’t want at that moment, just so he can have his fingers go up and go running to the boss and saying I’ve got some new photographs for the website. I did not give my permission in the end to use the photographs for the way that the emails and the conversation went. If I want one board I will ask for a quote. I will ask you do not force me to want to buy it from you because I don’t have to go that high.

We brought the fence to replace the conifers which had gone completely black had to dig them up in the end and to give us a little bit of privacy between the neighbours. We absolutely love it less maintenance in the front garden.
The staff were lovely and very helpful also the delivery 🚚 time didn’t take to long👍

We ordered 11-1500 high panels 6-1200 high panels to fit into existing posts, after a couple of weeks of graft our garden is transformed for the better! It looks stunning.

We had a complete garden make over and we bought all products from ecomposite. The Venetian fencing looks amazing and the pergola means we can enjoy our garden all year round now so I’m so happy. I can’t fault the customer service, the guys were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Great fence posts and very Sturdy will be buying these again
