Rogues, thieves, cowboys, take your deposit then never seen again, no return of calls, nice enough salesman, Alfie, but knew nothing about product, no samples, liar Leanne, customer service, lies, keep clear of this cowboy company, cannot believe they can get away with such theft.

This company appear to be nothing but a bunch of thieves. Took £300 deposit off of a vulnerable pensioner then they realised the work they'd suggested wouldn't help her damp problem and said they'd refund the deposit as it was not her fault and she was given false information, now I try to get in touch to see if I can see what's happening and just get fobbed off with the finance team aren't available at the moment. You can't speak to management or the director apparently this case is now being dealt with by him but no one seems bothered about ringing you back. She originally got told the refund would take 28 days (which is an absolute joke to start with) we're now on day 48!
Absolutely joke of a company robbing the elderly you should all be ashamed of yourselves!

Would not recommend this company!! Due to the fact that we needed a job doing ( windows changing) and they never turned up to do the actual Job we phoned them up and enquired but they said the same response over a period of 6 months and they will not refund my deposit AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I am owed a deposit taken for a roof replacement for my conservatory that the company was unable to deliver. After numerous calls and emails, I put a claim in via small claims court and have had a response that the company is now in liquidation! when I phoned Eco365 this morning; the employee I spoke to had had no notification!
Will be contacting the court and insolvency company on Monday to investigate further,

Had my windows changed very quickly and professionally done.
Friendly installers, letting me know what they were doing step by step.
Cleaned up afterwards and took old windows away.

The outside of the windows were left unfinished, the door didnt hang right, the bathroom window didnt fit right, they didnt install the door lock we were quoted for and they cracked one of the glass panels. They returned the next day and fixed the out side, the door and the bathroom window but didnt upgrade the lock as promised and said it wasnt kn the order. They also left the bathroom wall in a state repairing the window. But said it was up to industry standard. They returned 2 weeks later with a new glass panel and to 'have a lookout the rest. Couldn't do anything to took pictures. As of today im still waiting to find out whats happening.

You will be scammed at some point! They prey on elderly vulnerable people, and need to be stopped - don't pay any deposits - if you change your mind, you've lost it!

Yet another week has gone by, and still no refund for my 93 year-old partially sighted mother, who has been taken advantage of and misled by this unscrupulous company who refuse to respond to phone calls or to return the deposit when she wanted to cancel after a couple of days. She has been treated appallingly, lied to regarding the council paying 40% therefore it was a "reduced price" - the council said that was untrue and never heard of them, ... lied to regarding the need for uncessary services, and she could not possibly have read the huge sheet of paperwork with tiny print, which they made her sign, as she can hardly see. My only recourse now is to report ECOSAVE 365 to all relevant ombudsmen/Trading Standards/Trustmark and of course BBC Watchdog - where this company have already featured in January and February 2025 to highlight their malpractices - hopefully they will appear on TV again - Rogue Traders perhaps as well 🤞

Every poor review on here has exactly the same "standard paragraph template" answer - and every phone call to them - I have recorded all mine - has exactly the same response- the Director is "uncontactable" and he is the only person who can authorise a refund - probably from his huge yacht in the Caribbean where he is spending all the deposits they have not refunded!

Just DO NOT use this dreadful company if you want to be treated fairly - there are plenty of other reputable companies around who will only quote for what is needed and for a fair price- and without unnecessarily taking a huge Deposit

Have tried to get repaid £327 from this company for a cancelled deposit after spending £6600 with them. Customer services have been contacted 7 times including filling out a disputes form, but the answer is always the same, we will inform the director. Well Scott Johnson as the sole director you are failing in your duty of ensuring that monies that are due to be refunded should be at the same speed that you require payments for jobs done. I would think this behaviour constitutes a theft of my money if it is not returned. Avoid dealing with this firm if you cannot risk being taken for a ride financially.

Mother in law cold called ,pressured into buying products she did not require, no deposit returned after a month of fob offs, had to go to credit card company to get it back,

Within the last 6 months, this company Ecosave 365 or 365 Windows have contacted my aged parents, dad who is 82 and 77 year old mother both in ill health. 1st time for a quote on a back door costing £1700.00! Which they felt pressured to sign up to. I had to cancel 2 days later. Last week another sales person called to look at soffits (that they don’t need) but inform them they need new windows, glass only to 3 windows as their frames where good enough and pressured them to sign up to £1100.00 which was after / including a saving of £500.00 if they took up the offer that day!
I am now having to go through canceling this order again. I do not have the sales persons name as it’s illegible on the paperwork. Preying on the vulnerable not once but twice, this company should be ashamed.

The work men were careful to protect our property and were polite and punctual.
The main jobs were done quickly but there were a couple of problems that took some sorting out.

I had a problem with the production of a window which was acknowledged and dealt with to my satisfaction expeditiously and efficiently.

Why have you not paid my grandads Deposit back

This company is not nice a company, you will not pay back my grandads deposit, why is it taking so long, why are you treating old people so badly, don’t you have grandparents as well?

Your staff were very efficient with the installation, very quick and careful.

Replaced glass in three rooms, polite & helpfull. Can fully Ecosave.

Avoid this company. My 80-year old mother was cold-called and visited by Ecosave365. She agreed to them replacing her windows and paid a deposit that she was told was fully refundable if cancelled within 7 days. She cancelled the next day and has now been waiting 6 weeks for the refund which still hasn't been paid. We have both called the company many times but are getting fobbed off by different people and are now having to escalate this to the ombudsman, trading standards and potentially the small claims court - and we are not alone it seems.
