All the information on this companies website is a lie! They do not put the customer first. They take deposits from vulnerable customers and then do not refund. They do not deal with or reply to customer complaints. They are a con and should not be trading. Disgusting to treat vulnerable pensioners in this way !!!

The 2 men who installed our windows were very efficient, worked well, tidied up afterwards and were very helpful. we are really happy with the windows

Completed the installation in a efficient manner. They left my home clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Good company to.do business with

Well it is right, I’ve made 21 calls to you between 28.7.25 and 7.10.25 last call was took by Leanne who responded with I’ll pass it onto the director again
The “director “ is either on holiday, off sick, in hospital or has a backlog !!!
10 days you initially said the refund would be, then changed it to 28 days now it’s just whatever excuse you can come up with.

Pay my money back !!!!!

Over 25 calls I have made to this company and still there is no reasonable answer as to why my refund has not been actioned.
Today’s call on 22/8/25 at 13.10 with Julie who says there’s still no update

Awful customer. I am still waiting 4 months later for a deposit return after we could not move further with the job! Just get rubbish about it with the accounts team. But apparently, the account team has no phone number to even talk to!. No communication back from them whatsoever. Awful service.

Ecosave365 cold calling sales person pressured me to have the job done took my £1600 deposit didn’t turn up to do the job.refused to me my deposit back told me to phone 08005003999 this puts you through to a operator that gives you the same answers no matter how many times you call

Still no deposit returned this firm is definitely the dregs in the bottom of the barrel

Don't trust this company!
Their list price is inflated by 60% to use pressure selling to force people to buy on the salespersons first vist, saying that the discount is only available there and then.
Even if you do get the real price with 60% discount, the products and services are poor quality. One of the frames came with a crack in it snd the glazed unit had condensation in it.
Ps if you see a comment below this saying this comment is being reviewed by Trustpilot, ecosave have wrote it themselves like they have on all the bad reviews they have.

Please please do not use this company, they attempted to exploit an elderly lady today. Cold calling and forcing her to let them attend her property. They knew she has a Power of Attorney in place which prevents them attending her property and only when friends and neighbours met them on the doorstep to prevent them entering did they stop! Their director is rude and uses personal verbal abuse when questioned about how they make contact with potential clients. The police were involved and the company have been reported to Trading Standards.
If anyone vulnerable is contacted by this company ,
Please do not let them attend your house unless you have requested a visit and contact the police and trading standards to prevent elderly vulnerable people being exposed to the distress caused by this company .

All those that I dealt with were polite and helpful.Those who came to do the work were efficient,tidy,polite.They left my property in good order.

The process was carried out efficiently and quickly and was value for money. The experience was only marred by pressure to purchase more windows before being satisfied with the initial installation. This resulted in someone putting the phone down on me which I haven't experienced before and was certainly rude.

Window installation was carried out efficiently and to a very good standard.
As I settled the balance by bank transfer it would have been better if there had been some acknowledgment of payment received.

Windows ok cleaning up by them not so good

Do NOT use this company. They intimidated and stole several thousand pounds from an elderly couple with dementia. Followed with promises of paying them their deposit back but this NEVER happened.

Edited with response - no additional information has been sought by Ecosave365 other than contact details! My sister has been emailing since the beginning of May and responses stopped. I have phoned and was told the matter was with the CEO and then nothing. This is all months ago.

Update on 20/10/25
Over a month since contacted again with the promise that it will be passed onto a Director and nothing heard since.

A little insight to this company

I have requested a refund from them due to cancellation. This cancellation was done 07/06/2024 which makes it 15 months ago. The refund amount is £1127. I have been in communications with them thoughout and have still not gotten anywere.

Writing another review as ecosave complained to trust pilot about my review…. Hilarious! Since they stole my money!!
They have a county court judgement against them that says to pay my deposit back and they just ignore it!!!
So I’ll make sure other people don’t get conned by this company!!
Before you decide to go with this dodgy company read all the bad reviews!!! As they are real! I’ll post my county court judgement here if needs be proof of this robbing company!!

Do Not use this company - reported to citizens advice and Trading Standards. Intimidation of an 85 year old lady kept returning to sell hey more products she doesn't need. Not accredited to IWA and Assure as they state (at time of writing) no warranty. Already a broken window. When complained verbally and in writing twice to Lee - no reply.
