After I placed my PO

After I placed my PO, it was apparently "lost"by the corresponding department.
I made two attempts to contact the company before someone finally responded.
There's no telephone number anywhere on their website so, the only option I had was their dedicated customer contact form.
I don't think EcoSki would have acted "unassisted" if it wasn't for my voiced concern.
I was never issued a tracking number even though I was reassured by a member of staff that I would.
I eventually received the item with a 5 day delay.
I never had any dealings with Ecoski but, based on my personal experience, regrettably, they don't deserve more than two stars for their service.
To finish on a positive note, I eventually received the item I paid for.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.

Your order was placed on Saturday 3rd January. As our fulfilment partner operates Monday–Friday, the earliest it could be processed was Monday. Unfortunately, an internal SKU/API issue meant the order was not immediately visible to the fulfilment team. Once identified, this was rectified quickly and your order was dispatched on a next-day delivery service.

Importantly, the day your order was shipped coincided with a major, nationwide DPD system outage. This outage meant that tracking information was unavailable across their entire network, affecting many businesses and customers and preventing tracking numbers from being issued that day. This was completely outside of our control. Despite this disruption, your parcel continued moving through the network and was delivered safely by Thursday.

Tracking details were shared with you personally as soon as DPD systems became operational again.

Regarding contact options, we no longer display a public telephone number as a small business due to a high volume of spam and spoof calls, which were significantly impacting our ability to support genuine customers. We remain fully contactable via our website, email, and WhatsApp, and we responded once the issue was raised.

We appreciate that delays and missing tracking can be frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience. However, we acted promptly to resolve the issue and ensure delivery, and we’re pleased that you did receive the item you ordered, despite external system failures.

No brainer!

This is such a brilliant way to get equipped for a ski/snowboard trip, especially for kids/teenagers who would grow out of kit after one season. We went for 2x ‘Absolute No Brainer’ packages and received warm, quality jackets, trousers and gloves several days in advance of the trip. When we found that one item was a touch small, we were sent a larger size immediately, no questions asked. Very easy returns via DPD after the trip. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend EcoSki

I would highly recommend EcoSki. The whole process of hiring was seamless.

The clothes arrived in plenty of time, were of excellent quality - like new. The returns process was equally as easy.

I know my son will have grown by next ski season so EcoSki allowed him to ski with the best clothing cheaper than buying the merino wool thermals!

Excellent service, would highly encourage anyone to use the service.

Ecoski were brilliant

Ecoski were brilliant. Everything fit true to size descriptions, all of the kit was in really good condition (some of it new) and when we had a small problem with a pair of gloves pre-departure they sorted it out really quickly so that we had everything we needed on time. Highly recommend
