AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ZERO STARS
I ordered items that cost over £20 and according to the website should have been sent next day delivery for free. The website states that they are open on a Saturday, so I call and it sounds like a teenager on the other end who has just woken up at midday. He tells me to call back on Sunday (the website states they are closed on Sundays). Seven days later and no order. The number provided for tracking isn't recognised by Royal Mail either. I leave them a message on the website threatening to take the matter up with Trading Standards. A few hours pass and I get a notification from my bank to say a refund for my order is being processed and will take 3-5 working days. The moral of the story - AVOID!!!
