FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD AWARENESS!!!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD HAVE:

BEWEAR THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY A SCAM, it doesn’t respond, you pay additionally for NEXT day delivery before noon, and four days later still no responses to mails updating and still they haven’t ever been posted!!!

What company states they have 24/7 support but, when you ring their telephone contact is off, no reliable system and NO customer services. All phones are turned off, emails do BOT get really debs to, I wish I’d read the reviews… so much so I believe TRADING STANDARDS need to be involved!!!

Absolutely disgraceful!! When you have so many negative reviews you should really explore why so, so many customers are unhappy that should surely tell you as company directors that you have SERIOUS problems!! your company structure and how you SCAM money off customers.

I must admit thorough, I am actually SO glad I only chances this, before I put my small business order in. Thankfully,I sampled this order before I chanced putting my correct £1,500 p order in, thankfully I know it’s a total SCAM!!!

WHAT COMPANY WANT YOU TO GIVE THEM ACCESS TO NOT ONLY YOUR CARD BUT THE SECURITY CODE ,THIS WILL GRANT WHOEVER THEY SELL YOUR DATA ON TO TOTALL ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT .
AND BY PUTTING THIS CODE ON IT YOU CANT STOP THE MONEY FLOWING OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT .

LIKE MY BANK SAYS IF YOU DONT TRUST THEM DONT GIVE THEM ANY ACCESS .

I ordered 80 bottles of liquid and received only 40. When I queried they took 5 days to ask me to send a pic of the plastic bag they were delivered in but by this time I had thrown it away!! Felt like they didn’t believe me. Just wish I had read all the bad reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they should be banned to sell their products on EBay

only one of the 3 items was delivered. 3 x E mails enquiring as to whereabouts of other items were ignored. No response or acknowledgement of the emails. Currently trying to get money back through chargeback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

Scams! They hide and don't respond to emails. You pay and get nothing. Fake site!

Wish i could give 0 stars!!! The worst company ever!!! Placed an order of 10 liquids and tracking said it had been returned to sender because they didn't address it properly. That was over a month ago! They refunded me for 1 bottle out of 10 so about 2 quid and clearly are not sending the rest even though they have told me they received my order back! Absolute terrible company! Avoid!

Ordered two Innokin T22 Pro kits, spare tank and coils. Competitive pricing, good tracking info and goods received as ordered.
There is an issue with the contact number being 'Out of Service' but, on the day the order was delivered, I received a courtesy call from Ecosmok (A rare event these days, and much appreciated !) asking if I was happy with my order and they explained that the website is currently being redeveloped and this issue will be resolved....
Based on this purchase I would have no problem using Ecosmok again....

AVOID!!! - ordered 5 boxes of coils sent only 1 and complete silence/ignore contacting them. the phone number associated with this company is invalid. Going to report to the UK trading standard agency.

DO NOT USE! I ordered a box of 10 vapes, 6 seperate individual vapes and 2 bottles of juice with nic shots. My order arrived without the box of 10 vapes or the nic shots, emailed and was asked to provide a photo of the package I received which I did immediately, they have ignored every email I have sent since! Never using again

The product quality is exceptional, and I am thoroughly impressed with the Elf Bar V2 bundle I purchased. Not only does it deliver a fantastic vaping experience, but Ecosmok's dedication to providing high-quality products has earned my trust and loyalty as a customer.

Fluid i got from them tasted horrid like was years out of date. have ask to send back for refund or replacement with no return contact from them, if i do, then will change this review.

Bought some disposable vapes from this seller on eBay They were ok not great but cheap Bought another 4..I gave 2 too a friend My 2...both lasted less than 1 hour Total junk

DO NOT USE! They’re okay until there’s a problem. My last order turned up with fifteen incorrect vapes and five missing. They either ignore all contact (previous orders with broken vapes) or have absolutely no intention of reimbursement or correction of order. It has now been five weeks since my incorrect order. Today they emailed to say it wasn’t incorrect. I feel gutted that I have recommended this company to my own customers. Don’t let these people steal from you!

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a vape and it broke, I contacted them and they asked me to return the item for it to be fixed or a new one sent out. They ignored me for MONTHS, then said they can't offer either as it's outside their window to fix or replace. They are now ignoring my messages and have refused to send me back the item or refund! Absolute scammers

Ordered big first order 60 disposables and 17 vapes where damaged oil leaked out that came in open box.
Phoned and was told was told 17 would be sent out,I asked for pre paid bag to sent and I could post all the faulty back received nothing.
I Should of read the reviews first… Won’t ever order again!!!

Ordered T22 Pro tank for the T18 coils I have. Sent me a T18E Pro tank, the coils do not fit. Eventually got a reply to email telling me to order it again and they will send right one. But could not accept the return as had been opened. Then ordered the T22 Pro tank again, received the T18E Pro tank again. So rang them up and we went around in circles for about 25 minutes. He said that one the website page it told me about the T18. Which was not mentioned at all, it says T22 Pro tank, also shows the correct tank and coils. But they are sending the wrong ones, blaming the manufacturer for wrong information on the eco smok website. Kept talking about T18E Pro coils for tank instead of the issue of the whole reason for my order, and made to buy again. Also said had sent me an email to click on link. I was like what email have you sent it to? Then gave me someone else's email. Can see this lot being taken to trading standards. Got two lots of payments from me, neither of them the product they are showing. Didn't have a clue what they were talking about, confusing themselves and me.

Been waiting for nearly two weeks for my order and still nothing.. emailed them twice asking but received no reply.. worst customer service ever and will definitely not use them again.

Still waiting. Worst of it is they use royal mail like its 1976. Looking at reviews it's not hopeful I will get my order. The shop isn't that far away anyway so I will get my money back
