Order has status 'processing' for several days

Weird (order stays a week on status 'processing') and customer service is slow but friendly. In the end the order has been shipped and even got some bonus supplements for free and express shipment to make up for the confusion and delay.

The worst customer service I have…

The worst customer service I have experienced. I have been trying to reach out to them for weeks now and it was within the 2 weeks return period. But I only got an one answer that was after I first asked if I can return my goods they answered „ Yes and in their original packing“. But after trying multiple times calling them, leaving a message on the machine and asking via email for a return label no answer. So the days passed. I returned my goods now and I hope that I will get my full return.

Hi, I can see that we have replied and sent you the return address 27/5. But it seems like you have not sent the items in return yet?

We have a warehouse in Sweden where we have shared the return address, and you are free to return the un-opened items back with any courier you like.

Im not sure what you mean with "Yes and in their original packing“, we wrote to you "Hi, Its possible to return unopened products back to our warehouse".

Meaning you can only return items with the sealing still on it the items. Think your review is unfair, as we have provided you with the return address, witch is also in the same country so its not an expensive return.
Its up to you if you want to send the package back in return or not.

Great service & prices.

Great service & prices.
By mistake i made two seperate orders instead of one.
But still they managed only to charge for one x postage! Plus my total order(s) were above 100 Euro, so it ended up with FREE shipping!
