Huge disappointment!!!

Update:
So after receiving a response from the company and, as they suggested, reaching out to their support at support(at)ecosupplements.eu, what I did on 13/09 (8 days ago), I again didn't receive any reaction.
Maybe by now, you should reach out to me guys? You should be able to find my contact details when searching for my order (212738) or checking with Trustpilot (they also have all my details).

I placed my first order in August. After receiving no confirmation email, I wrote to the company and then they responded with tracking info. They offered to send the confirmation manually but they never did.
After a few days, I received a much too small package with only around 30% of what I ordered. So I wrote again, several times because I was not getting any feedback. I also tried to call them. I left a voicemail and sent an SMS... But again no reaction. Their voice message says that they are a small company and the best is to write an email... That obviously didn’t work.
After many days of trying to contact them, I noticed a refund on my bank account, which was in line with value of not received products. But absolutely no info, no answer, no reason given. I checked online and all these products were still available and till today their stock numbers didn't change.
As this shop impressed me at first and after reading many positive reviews, I wanted to register my profile. But their website doesn’t work well. There is 1 button ‘Inloggen / Registreren’ which only gives you the option for logging in. That was also my question in the emails I sent. However, never got response. The online contact form doesn’t work either.
The website has many bugs and works very slow. The search engine is horrible. Therefore, I spent a lot of time finding the things I needed and then not receiving them…

Huge disappointment!!!

However i have investigated and i see that we have refunded you for items that were out of stock, we had an stock issue on our newly built Belgium domain. I also notice that we do have issues with our contact form on that domain, witch our webb-engineer is working on to solve

The best customer service!

The customer service is the best that I’ve seen in a while! I wish all website had such good customer service that are willing to help you!!
10/10 will purchase there again!

Glitch with delivery but all fine now

I placed an order on 26th August and it appears as though the order was sent out for shipment fairly promptly. Unfortunately I never received the company's tracking information, nor a notification from UPS. The issue was resolved quickly when I notified the team at Eco Supplements yesterday that my order hadn't arrived. I'm happy to report that I was finally able to pick up the order today. I haven't tested the products yet but glad they have arrived.

Hi, You should have gotten an email with tracking information, it some times arrives in trash/spam folder.
If you created an account you can also log in their to track your package.

If you entered a correct mobile number UPS should have sent you an SMS with an option for home delivery or to collect from a pick up location.

However your package has arrived for some time ago, and is still avalible for collection.
