Outstanding Response Time

I have been using Eco Web Hosting for about 5 years now. In that time, every time that I have submitted a ticket, I have received a response in under 10 minutes, and the longest it has ever taken to actually resolve the issue is about 25 minutes.

Bottom line, outstanding support!

I needed to update nameserver…

I needed to update nameserver information as soon as possible to get moving with a project. I contacted EWH and had my issue resolved promptly. All issues raised with the support staff at EWH are taken care of on time.

Eco Support rules!

I've had an account at Eco since 2012 or so. I started with an account from a webclass but when I went through a couple of terrible well known webhosts, I began migrating to Eco. I finally moved all 10 of my websites to Eco in 2020. Their support team is really good and that's why I stay. I just registered 2 new domains and am planning to be here another 10 years. I love Rob and Shabs as they have more patience with me than most folks.
