I can see the description and the picture of the item on the website both clearly says Quick Charge Stand. So it is not falsely advertised. The specification on the product page also mentions the product type as a Charging stand. If you mistakenly ordered it, we are happy to take it back. RMA team will reach you shortly.

Arrived quicker than expected. Delivery had bounced the box around and it was dented and breaking open, but inner packaging stayed sound. Good price will keep the company in mind.

Excellent From Start to Finish
The website was good, the ordering system easy and straightforward, and the item, a camera, was delivered by UPS the following day, when it was scheduled to arrive six days after ordering. The camera was exactly as expected. I have never used ECPROF before and was delighted with their excellent work. There will be a next time!

Good prices on the memory I bought, only reason I gave 4 stars is because the carriage is too expensive. £14.99 for delivery of 2 RAM sticks is excessive.

I wanted a particular NAS model, and their price was keenest, by a good 5%. I ordered, and it was delivered a few days early, which was a bonus. Excellently packed so as to avoid any possibility of damage. Full marks.

I asked to cancel the order 2 minutes after the order was placed. I spoke to someone via chat who said to email customer services. I did this twice and didn't get a reply. Then i called and was told that once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. When i asked why i had no reply from anyone to either emails they said they hadn't seen the emails! Terrible customer service. Will not be using again.

I asked for a landed price, cause resell the goods, wanted to order, they came up with shipping costs afterwards.
Asked if they had the goods in their own stock, they confirmed. It took us an extra day to pay, they threatened me that their supplier would cancel the reservation. So afterall they did not have the stock.
They were not clear about the powercord they had, while I specifically asked.
Not happy with this supplier.
