Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a £300 item that was shown as in stock with more than 200 available and paid extra for express delivery - 7 days later and they still hadn’t shipped it and I had to chase them up by phone. When they did ship it, they apparently shipped it to some random address in Birmingham instead of my address in London. Now on the 12th day, two weeks after I placed the order, I still don’t have my item.

they should have owned the mistake and sent the goods out of goodwill.

Absolute scammers don’t order
Absolute scammers. They accepted a return for a £70 item plus £10 shipping, unused and unopened. I simply changed my mind. They wanted to deduct money for a restocking fee, even though it hadn’t been opened. Made me jump through so many hoops to return it. It’s been three weeks and they have only refunded me £54 despite an email saying they’d refund everything bar shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Furious 😡
