Excellent customer service.

The right part at the right price
They had the correct part at a reasonable price and it was shipped really quickly. Their admin leaves a little bit to be desired, as I received the part and had it fitted before I was notified of its despatch! Minor detail though.

A quick and easy purchase, I found exactly what I needed and received it on time. I will be using ECPROF for future purchases of this nature.

Good price, great customer service
I used ECPROF to order a MOBO, was the only place I could find in the UK that had the MSI Z790 Godlike Max in stock.
Places the order, had the confirmation that it would take 7-12 days for delivery.
I contacted customer service service who advised that this was form the European stock and not UK stock which is why it would take so long for delivery.
I was a bit frustrated as the website said it was in stock with no mention of it not being held in the UK.
Spoke with Maria who is an account manager, had great customer service. Explained the whole process, and kept me updated evert step of the way.
Delivery arrived around a week after the order so not to bad. Was packaged really well so as not to get damaged in transport.
Everything worked perfectly
Would have gave 5 stars if the website told me it was an international delivery!
