Very poor service. Pricing cannot be trusted even after order confirmation is sent. The company took the money, the order, sent the order confirmation, then emailed to ask for 30% more on the price of the item - despite showing an in stock at the warehouse.

We had a hiccup with our initial delivery date but it was sorted out promptly & professionally. Great service and my items were delivered quickly to Highlands, Scotland.
Best price by far for my goods.

I did pay for the express delivery as having the large format printer down is a problem and the part arrived next day, I fitted it straight away and was back up and running within 24hrs, cant say fairer than that and the cheapest price I found online.

Ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad Ultra Dock For £26.74, which is £140.51 on Amazon and £299.02 on CCL Computers, a couple of my usual go to sites for computer parts.
Of course I was sceptical it would arrive but because of a decent amount of high rated Trustpilot reviews I took the chance.
I selected the 4-6 day postage option at £9.95+vat which seems a bit steep would have happily paid £38.68 for the dock with free postage, which is the same thing really.
Item ordered on Monday, Delivered Wednesday morning so just 2 days. Glad I didn't select the premium delivery option.
The item is fully marked up with Lenovo and ThinkPad logos and supplied with UK power lead separately which is the legal requirement for electrical goods sold in the UK, so all good.
Received an email on order, email on despatch, email on delivered and courtesy call after arrival, which I missed but googled the number to find it was ECProf.

Note to the uninitiated. Prices on their site are ex-vat so allow for this at checkout. For those complaining about that, its not unusual for business 2 business companies to list that way, but VAT has to be paid whoever they sell to. Hope my next transaction with them goes just as well.

Ordered a Yeastar PBX unit from ECPROF. The whole process from order to delivery was excellent. I called to check stock and delivery time. Once the unit was shipping I was informed of the delivery and also confirmation that the unit had arrived. So, refreshing to deal with a professional supplier. Well done, will add to our vendor list.

I will give this company a 5 star rating on the basis of price. The service was good. The process could have been better. They have the best price I could find for the power supply I bought, and it arrived in good order. There was a little mixup at first, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. In the end it was only a couple days later than expected.

What you need to bear in mind is that this company is a drop shipper. The orders are fullfilled by a German company called Wortmann AG. For that reason, they don't always appear to know or be in control of what's happening. They have a telephone number which is answered, and they will work to resolve any problems. Though some other reviewers may have had more serious problems, be assured that this is not a scam company.

Completely scam company. I bought a motherboard from them. It took weeks to receive the item. I requested to return the item once I received it. They has all sort of processes to make the return hard. You have to pay for the postage and has something called re-stock fee charge of 10%. It took about 2 weeks for them to check the return. At the end they claim the item is broken where I have never used it. Completely scammer. I will seek legal advise against them. I would strong advise people stay away from this company.
