First of all, your international shipping was smooth and surprisingly fast. Next, the quality of the mount is exceptional. It is beautifully finished, well-designed, and well-constructed of top-quality materials. My application was out-of-the-box. I used this to support my Icom, IC-705 (amateur) radio. Support of this radio is secure and allows me to position the radio for the best operational view.

Greatly appreciate the customer service team support and assistance for the followup of the product purchased.

The flextilt Pro is definitely a secure and stable product for Full frame mirrorless cameras and the flextilt max is an excellent and secure extender for Phones and lighter cameras.

While there have been some shipping challenges along the way, I want to emphasize what truly stands out — Edelkrone’s customer service. The team has gone above and beyond to work toward a solution, showing consistent communication, sincerity, and genuine care in every interaction.

That level of support is rare these days and has made the entire process much easier to navigate. Because of this, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Edelkrone again, knowing they’re committed to taking care of their customers long after the sale.

The workmanship is as exquisite as ever, with a very impressive feel.

With the help of Dogu and your customer support team I just got the devices to sync together and work for the first time. I cannot tell you how important your equipment is. I do not have the budget to hire a person to produce the videos for my company - therefore I have to film these myself. You Vision Module along with Head PLUS is a miracle that allows me to create high production value by myself. Thank you to all who were involved to make this equipment happen. And thank you to your customer support team for helping me make your equipment sync together.

A great support service—professional, friendly, and efficient. They helped me resolve the issue from the very beginning. They inspire the confidence that a customer who trusts a company needs. Many thanks to the technical department and the people who took great care of my problem.

The deliver was quick - but the payment of duties was problematic. The equipment isn't what is described - need buy battery cables a part. The function isn't as described as well, very laud motor on all, not easy setup.

Great products - HeadONE V1 and the original Flextilt purchase on a clearance sale. Shipping, delivery and updates were prompt.

Only complaint was the packing - it was not adequate. Two boxes just dumped into the a cardboard box.

I purchased the JibPlus with the HeadPlus along withe the Vision Module and Focus motor, and have been really happy with the capabilities while shooting in the studio. The new app update has made it easy to track faces using my laptop, and also to set points and focus for smooth, repeatable movements. I had some issues with a hardware piece and Edelkrone was quick to respond, offer suggestions and replace the part.

I crashed the cam control plug on my slider one - got immediate replacement ... for free!! Great

I'm honestly blown away by how incredible the product I purchased is. It’s built like a tank: strong, solid, and surprisingly fast.
