This is a solid pick
The product is solid, looks great, arrived in a timely manner! I've tried about three different types of camera mounts and this is the best so far! Given my usage, I would ask that they make a second version with longer arms. I'd definitely buy again.

Great Customer Service
The process of ordering was great. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but that was partly due to the US Govt shut down. I love the Packshot Edge, I had some minor problems, but customer service was great.

Mis description
I bought a wiring hub with hope that I can config my camera with the slide one and head one as a slave to do time lapse. After chatting with ơn line tech support and reading description i ordered it with assurance the device cần be working as description. When I received the devices w no manual i contact tech support
Again to confirm where is input/ output and the supporting function such as master /
Slave configuration. Số they confirm w me it will not work. Over advertising + no manual
Instruction make me really losing trust ơn Ederkrone product.

The product you purchased, the Wired Signal Hub, is unfortunately not compatible with our ONE series devices. ONE series products can be controlled wirelessly through the edelkrone Controller, but they do not support wired control options. In contrast, our PLUS series products offer both wireless and wired control. You can find this information listed under the Tech Specs section of both the edelkrone Controller and Wired Signal Hub product pages.

So far i like everything about the slider, the headplus and the vertical module, expect for the connectivity on Android. I had to use ios (🤢) to update the modules and to connect the headplus to the slider, and i have to take an ipad (🤢🤢🤢) to shoots, instead of using my phone

I ordered the Edelkrone JibONE v3 and G-Bone v3. The delivery was very fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The customer service team is extremely friendly and helpful — they always provide quick and professional support for any questions. Unfortunately, I haven’t had enough time yet to fully explore all the functions, so I can’t give detailed feedback on the performance. However, my first impression is entirely positive — both the product and the service are excellent.
