Brilliant service
We used Eden when selling my late mother's house. The service we received from Eden and Beti-Wyn, in particular, was professional and extremely responsive yet friendly. The online portal was easy to navigate and was a great way to keep an eye on progress. All enquiries were dealt with promptly.

It was the first time we had ever used…
It was the first time we had ever used an online solicitors? and We had our reservations and I for one was a bit anxious about it!
But I need not of been they were very helpful from the beginning and guided us through everything we needed to do.
Once you got through setting up all of the passwords that you needed to set up the various apps it was plain sailing, well as long as you remember all of the passwords ha!
I found each member of staff at Edens very professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Zero issues, easy to follow conveyancing
Used Eden Conveyancing twice, once for secondary property purchase then sale of old property. Both time extremely good communication and tracking through their website and completed with everyone satisified. These guys are my go to future conveyancing for sure.

Honestly as a first time buyer who was so unsure of process Showaib and the Eden team made it feel so effortless. I waited over 7 days for replies with quotes from other solicitors and started to panic thats when I found Eden through my cousin Livi and had a quote and knowledge about the house I purchased that no one including estate agents had told me from them within a day!! Such a great experiance id reccomend for anyone who prefers an online approach their system is great and every monday you get an update on case process. 10/10
