Dan was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry and installed the hot tub on the date required. It was a very difficult site , but the team were marvellous and overcame difficulties with commensurate ease.

Dan supplied a great two seater hot tub for our shepherds hut which conforms to the hsg282 guidance for holiday let’s. Installation was easily arranged and after sales service has been great too.

A major purchase a decent hot tub. Having owned before we knew some things we wanted for our new house. The shop/showroom is excellent to try them out. Mainly though it’s Dans knowledge and understanding of the product that puts Eden way ahead of the competition. Plus their prices can’t be beaten and they had no problem delivering to the Isle of Wight. The installers were exceptional.

I would recommend these guys 💯 they were patient when I looked at different spas, allowing us to try them in the showroom. They checked everything was working and explained everything we needed to do.

A challenging install given the distance from the front to rear of the property, but excellently completed with a large team to avoid dramas 👏
With just two technicians then left on site to complete the electrical installation, filling, etc, everything went super smoothly.
