I like the products, and customer service was great. I got a personal response to my questions, shipping was prompt (even to the US), and I love that there was no plastic in the shipping materials.
The only downside is that it is hard to find the ingredients lists on the website.

Came really quickly and nicely presented wrapped in paper with some pot pourri. Haven't actually used the soap yet

Over several years I have placed decent sized orders from this business and its predecessor for south of France locally made soaps and sometimes rich hand creams.
Last visited that region in the early 1990s, it is easier to buy the products imported for us into the UK.
With a hand eczema problem creating finger pad cuts, plus wanting quality French made soap to shower with, plus the rarity now of finding French soaps sellers on Summer Continental markets around the UK for many years due to travel costs, this is a good alternative -getting them delivered to your home.
Dozens of soap varieties, hard to choose from such a splendid wide range, they arrive individually wrapped in tissue paper, indicating supplier care in presentation.
As an aside, my postman often mentioned his van smelled a treat, bringing my box of lavender etc soaps.
So an extra benefit indeed!

We’ve only used the one bar so far. It was the free one included, which btw was a pleasant surprise, it was the cotton one, and it is amazing. Smells incredible, and it stays on for a while. If the rest are as good as this one then you can be assured that we will be ordering more in the future. Thank you
