Lovely soap, great selection. Soap has wonderful perfume and lovely creamy lather. Arrived well packed and in good time. Easy ordering system.

The website has a wealth of information about the myriad of wonderful products offered by Edenwood and each section is divided into easily readable and understandable descriptions of each product.

Ordering on-line is also very easy to do. I am im-pressed by the speed with which Edenwood processed, expedited and mailed out my order via the Royal Mail. The box containing my order was expertly packed and all the merchandise arrived without damage of any kind. I must confess my pleasure and amazement that after having placed my order on a Thursday, this somewhat heavy and large box arrived at my home on the outskirts of New York the FOLLOWING WEEK on Friday!!!

I have now been using my Edenwood soap for 2 weeks and my skin is slowly starting to recover some of its suppleness and softness. The dryness and itch are starting to dissipate. I am looking forward to seeing the results after the first month.

Lovely soap, efficient delivery

My package came on time and all my order was well packed and everything was in place. I like the quality of soap and I think it smells wonderful.

I only got part of my order. There was no receipt with the part order that came and it was unclear as to the procedure to resolve any issues. I emailed the address on my order confirmation but no reply. I found customer service contact details on the website and they have agreed to send the missing items
