I have zero complaints about Edge, first and only wallet I’ve used, since 2019,and I’m so lucky it’s with Edge.

With all the scams, can make you reluctant, but honestly, I feel lucky to have chosen a real wallet.

The various members of the Edge Support Team are fantastic. They've always been super helpful and knowledgeable when Ive needed assistance, and have virtually always gone above and beyond whatever stupid thing it was I was asking them by providing additional information, alternative options, etc. The app itself is great, and it one of the main wallet aggregators I use regularly. Cheers folks

Their support is top notch. I've spent a few days going back and forth with Alberto M. He spent the time assisting me in correcting a pretty stupid mistake and then sent me a ton of information that will prevent stupid mistakes from happening in the future. Even sent me amazing advice learning more about crypto and what to avoid when learning about crypto. Definitely A+++++ service.

I had excellent customer support via back and forth email exchange with David Coen. I am clueless when it comes to all things Crypto and David when above and beyond to talk me through every step required to withdraw my funds from an exchange and deposit them into my Edge wallet. I quite literally would not have been able to move my funds without David’s support - he answered my every question and really put my mind at ease!

The Edge wallet works fine as long as it works, but if you have an issue with the wallet it is not easy to resolve, or not solvable at all. The help desk is good when it comes to replying and helping to solve the issue but unfortunately 100% of the issues can not be solved by Edge helpdesk. Since recently the Edge wallet can no longer finalize a sync process for certain coins, due to that funds no longer show in the Edge app. Therefore, I recommend to search for an alternative specialized wallet made for the currency you hold or trade but not use Edge wallet until they have solved the wallet issues.

Went through most of reviews. The positive ones are probably written by Edge staff. They recommended scam projects to get potential passive income, I also see that FCA suggests to stay away from Edge. It is hard to verify it but according to some users on Reddit, Edge tries to remove negaitive comments by convincing Trustpilot that these comments were written by competitors or reviewers who were thinking probably about different company.

as others have written, this is a scam. The issuer of my credit card denied payment for bitcoin purchase, twice, to protect against a scam. I was contacted, allegedly by Elon Musk, to use gift cards … the first red flag. Then I was given a link to a fake Tesla (investment) mining - I set up a user name and password; when I logged onto the actual Tesla, I was told there was no such username or password … red flag #2. On the fake site, I was instructed to open up the support option and “send [my] gift card” by sending a copy of the back of the card with the code number = BIG RED FLAG. This is a scam. This whole process occurred over a period of more than 3 weeks, many texts to me through an app (Telegram) - another scammers dream, and random phone calls through this app (so it can’t be traced).
To clarify, Edge was an unwilling participant in this scenario, a means to an end to lead down the rabbit hole.

Have used this app for sometime. Now when trying to update informs me it is not available in my region . Why? Based in UK .

It's an app. It's free. The service is premium. One to one help which is effective and professional.

Best choice for self custody all things considered.

I don’t know his name but he was very generous and understanding and helped me with some difficulties i couldn’t solve but i appreciate him and the company should also!!

Edge CS took the time to return my call and by email help me to move my funds. They are the first crypto wallet CS to explain why the error message continued to appear. Once they explained how it worked and how to remedy the issue, I had a much better understanding of how the actual moving of funds works in the crypto world.

Excellent experience with Edge and especially Daniel Malara. He was extremely professional, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and pro active in resolving my query. I am highly recommending Daniel and Edge team/app. In addition a safe , quick and reliable customer service. Many thanks!

All these review websites put stars, they should give an option to say the app or website is rubbish or horribly terrible and scammers.

Edge said its a bad actor whatever it means, all edge did is nothing. their security is weak & bleak.
