ONE BIG CRYPTO SCAM!!!
Edge with their partner Cred scammed people in the past. The case is in US High Court since I believe 2019. People lost over $100M. Now they trying to scam people with Banxa. I'm assuming all positive reviews were given by emploees.

I just very recently wrote a review on this company but I am just compelled to write another as my interaction with one of their employees Daniel M was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! First of all the company itself is a great company that I would refer to any of my friends and family(already have referred a few)and I highly recommend it! I am a dinosaur when it comes to technology and tech but with this company and people like Daniel they have alleviated many of my fears because their customer service is second to none! I have had nothing but incredibly positive experiences in dealing with their customer service but at the risk of sounding corny, Daniel takes the cake!(I know I'm dating myself with expressions like that). Daniel was absolutely incredible! His customer service skills were honestly the single best experience I've ever had, bar none! I won't bore you with all the details but Daniel went above and beyond any expectations anyone could possibly have. With a newbie like myself it definitely makes me feel more comfortable dealing with this wallet and company as I know as soon as I run into something I don't understand(which in my case will be many), that Daniel and other reps I've experienced are just a contact away. Daniel was so patient with my ignorance, never made me feel dumb or uncomfortable and just walked me through things at my speed. Use another crypto app
Edge partners with Banxa, which is a scam company. It was almost impossible to withdraw funds using the Edge wallet which is powered by Banxa. Took over 50 emails between Banxa and Edge to get the funds withdrawn.
Edge also charged exorbitant fees for transferring to another wallet. They charged a mining fee of 23.7%. They gave options of fees with high, optimal, low and custom. When selecting the low or custom fees, it had a message saying this will delay your transfer, or it the transfer may fail. They do this so you'll select the higher fee to make them more money.
Use another crypto app.

I've had nothing but the best with Edge! In my ignorance I made a BTC transfer of 1 sat/byte and its been a ridiculous experience. Over 2 weeks have gone by and Dave Coen has helped me PATIENTLY with every question and every step of the way. I've been with Edge for about a year now and have never had any problems that weren't my own fault, and even those problems Edge has helped me through with patience and respect.

5 stars for customer support
Had trouble figuring out how to import an expired wallet into Edge and the online customer support was excellent, which never happens! I spoke to a real person (shout out to David Coen) who was super helpful and patient with my non-techy questions. Issue solved within 10 min. Most unusual, and I think worthy of a good review!
The app also seems good (at least the 1% of it that I use)
