I ordered the diamanté jeans, but selected the wrong colour by mistake. I emailed customer service and Emily came straight back to arrange the exchange for the correct colour. Once my return had been received, the correct colour was sent out straight away. Really happy with how quickly this was dealt with, and will definitely be ordering from them again! I ordered the wrong size and emailed to ask if I could amend, although they weren’t able to do that, I was replied to within minutes with an alternative solution offering to cancel my existing order with a full refund instead which gave me enough time to re order the same night in the new size without being out of pocket for over a week, can’t wait to receive my item 🥰✨❤️

Brilliant service! I was after an item that was out of stock and was told they may or may not be having any back in, within 12 hours I receive a personal email updating me! You would not get this sort of service with the big e-commerce brands out there.

The item I wanted was unfortunately sold out so I placed an item for another item as a consolation for myself. A few hours later the item I wanted became available and I ordered immediately. Customer service is amazing, I ordered a dress and decided I needed a larger size after ordering, I emailed customer services and asked if it was possible to change the size and I got a reply within 3 minutes!! Spoke to a lady called Emily who was very professional and friendly and changed my order, fast reply and fantastic customer service, very impressed.
