I ordered 2 hoody and legging sets but ordered the wrong size leggings.
I emailed over and spoke to Emily who sorted out exchanging the leggings for me. She held on to 2 pairs in the right size for me until she received my returns. Had the new leggings in a matter of days. Cannot thank her enough. It was a completely stress free experience and so easy to deal with. Thanks again Emily ☺️

Wouldn’t bother ordering placed an order over £80 on the Saturday , I messaged on the Tuesday to ask when I can expect my order , for them to refund me with no explanation, so I emailed them again for them to say they had no stock available yet they posted on tiktok the same day to say they had stock

Ordered 2 items for my daughters holiday last week with 7 days until she goes. Still not arrived and she goes Tomorrow. No numbers on the website to chase the order. I’m absolutely fuming. Complete waste of money.

I ordered 2 bralets for daughters Christmas. They both look really nice though the medium was quite small. The other 1 had a gem hanging off on arrival but I've ordered fabric glue so hopefully will fix ok. Response from customer support was quick
