Long shipping time, mediocre quality
The shipping took an unbelievably long amount of time. I had the feeling that nobody cared about my order until I contacted them. The quality of the clothing is okay at best, but definitely improveable.

Faulty items
I ordered some joggers, very excited to wear them out. They arrived and i opened without a problem, until trying them on i realised a hole in the middle seam on the bum! im appalled at the prices ive been charged to receive a faulty item thats not been sewed properly. not happy at all

No refund, no answers
I ordered a pair of sneakers, they didn´t fit. So I chose the option "change for other size" on the website, sent them back at my own expenses and haven´t heard anything from Ed Hardy since then. From the website of the delivery service I know, the shoes arrived nearly two weeks ago. Mails weren´t answered by Ed Hardy until now and I guess, my 80 € for the sneakers are gone.

Other companies could learn from Ed Hardy - Awesome Job
I love surprises and it was another one where Ed Hardy actually thinks about the customer and puts their needs first. Other organisations could learn from them. I receive a t-shirt which I loved but was the wrong size. I thought I would have to send it back and then order the right size...but no...Ed Hardy have thought about his and offer their online customers the option to exchange. It was soooooooo easy. Thank Ed, for great clothing designs, high quality clothing that feels amazing and for just being brilliant!
