Very amateur. Someone need to review the dozens of exit signs all pointing in different directions. Car park was flooded. Very expensive for what you get. EDI in general - Abs joke.

I was offered and used online pre-booking of valet parking for my car before coming to the airport. This worked very well and made the drop off process at the airport very quick and simple. The entire valet car parking process at Edinburgh airport both on arrival and return from holiday is very efficient, easy to follow and works very well.

Good directions, plenty of spaces (early May) and easy walking distance of the terminal

Great communication from Fast Park prior to our visit allowing check in option to save time on the day.
Perfect location beside terminal with staff to meet and guide you and easy to follow instructions to deposit and retrieve keys.

This is my second visit using parking next to airport for ease.
I booked both times through Edinburgh Airport website.
On returning to my car on both occasions and driving to barriers inserted my ticket only to be told I had a huge payment of over £250.00 do had to contact from intercom to explain and then they lifted barriers.
I don’t understand why this happened twice.

We had a seamless arrival but our departure was anything but due to lack of clear signage for the exit.we went around the carparks looking to escape after a long day.Eventually we had to ask for help on the barrier.

Had get help on arrival..but on return it was so easy to collect the keys..reason ive giving 4 stars is because i was told to keep the ticket for scanning to get keys back but nothing was said about a ticket to get out final barrier and had to buzz them..

We try to use Edinburgh airport when we book holidays as we find access very easy and parking safe and secure. We always use multi storey as it is close to terminal with fast track as part of the costs.

Great parking as usual, really efficient and so close to the terminal. We were severely delayed on our return flight, but car was waiting for us at no extra cost.

I have only parked before at manchester airport.This was much better.Friendly,more staff offering guidance and help,Key collection straight forward.Only negative was failure of exit barrier to raise.I had to speak to "Help"

The service is really good and convenient. The instructions to stick the identity label to your car keys are not clear. Fortunately help was at hand. But overall it is great & good value for money.

Handy parking as just opposite the terminal. Reasonable price. Friendly/helpful staff, both at security entrance and in drop off . On our return, just scanned tag, collected key and followed directions straight to car. And no delay exiting barriers

Easy instructions and managed to get a save very easy. Was lucky to get one very close to the airport, 5-10 min walk. £50 for the week. Well worth it

Great place to park 1 minute from terminal

Perfect all round. So simple, drive in, park your car in designated row, drop keys and receive your locker number where keys are stored for your return. Wouldn't dream of using any other car park. Staff can't do enough for you and always pleasant. Wonderful service all round.
