Speaking from my own bad experience
After getting landlord building insurance the broker decided to increase the premium as requested by the landlord who deceivingly told them the building worth a lot more than what the certified surveyor quoted and without requesting any proof the broker went ahead without questioning the landlord who is known for being a liar. Then the broker dragged me for few months while I was waiting for his quote for other policies and he knew I was uninsured but kept telling me he will call me tomorrow but never did and then decided to not take my calls or reply to emails and texts after months of wasting our time which is quite unprofessional. Then he as requested by the landlord decided to insure the warehouse as unoccupied which is illegal since I was paying rent and had my products and machineries in the warehouse just because the landlord wanted to sell the premises and wanted to play dirty instead of talking to us, threatening us with his gangs instead.
Best stay away from Edinsure if you do not want any headache and want to get a quote and be insured quick and specially if you do not want the broker to be submissive to a gangster landlord and allow them to mess about.
