Be careful with AXA, be very careful!

Be careful with AXA - they interpret treatments differently depending on the cost of the treatment, and you may find yourself having to pay a huge bill, because, as happened to me, they didn't get back to me within the 24-hour period they set themselves. It was only the following day that I was told they had decided not to pay. They had paid for the treatment previously without any issues. Then all of a sudden I was told I'm not covered for that type of treatment. DO NOT trust AXA! I never will, and soon I will switch to another healthcare insurance company that does have a decent reputation - there are plenty to choose from, plenty who don't move the goal-posts, or break their own pledges to their clients - the same people who pay their salaries!

Service is really bad

Service is really bad. They took my money and I've been waiting a week for my insurance policy so I can drive my car, but they still haven't issued the policy.

Every day I call them and file another complaint, someone takes my name and number and promises someone will call me back, but they never do.

Also when I call the Doha office, nobody answers the phone.
