I have had the chance to correspond with Brian Long recently and must say it has been a great experience so far. I have worked with other recruiters in the past and feel they place their own needs ahead of the candidate or client. I got the complete opposite feeling with Brian. I have worked with a number of Recruiters over the years and had some great and some terrible recruiters. I give Michelle Rodriguez 5 out of 5 stars. We have dealt with a challenging client who has gone from hot to warm to cold and though it was not the news I was hoping for Michelle has kept me updated, good and bad. The relationship is all about communication and Michelle not only sends emails but takes the time to make phone calls, so much better in my mind. I would work with her any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Awesome Recruiter.

The staffing coordinator who has been helping me found my resume online and has been great from day 1. Not only has she kept me informed about the job, but she helped with interviewing tips, kept me updated on any feedback received and we immediately discussed any setbacks I feel like I may have had during the interview.
