Cannot believe how superb the customer service & experience was... purchased a suede Bottega Veneta jacket. They proactively let me know that Selfridges (the company fulfilling the order) was passing on tariffs which were not reflected in the price... and that they had went ahead and paid them. These people are wonderful... 11/10

Good Experience
My experience was a good one - the process was very smooth. The pajamas I ordered are HUGE! They are cotton so I'm hoping after a few washings in hot water and cycles in the dryer they'll be wearable; otherwise I'll have to get out the sewing machine - something I hadn't planned on.

Shoes were worn down a bit
I really appreciate the editorialist finding the shoes I wanted and it was a smooth process, but when the shoes came the leather was worn down (almost look like they’d been used?). I think this was more an issue of madewell, but the shoes I saw in the store months ago had quality stitching. The ones I received had seems that were worn.

Patience and Customer Service
It was a bit concerning when the duty fee was requested in order to purchase the item. I did my own research and learned that it is common for the duty fee to be applied. It would help to have that disclosed to the customer at time of purchase, but the follow up to my concerns was handled professionally and I am pleased with the transaction. Now I hope for quick delivery, as this is a birthday gift for my daughter.

The watch arrived quickly and without incident. My daughter absolutely loves her birthday gift. Upgraded review to 5 stars. Blessings...
