Matthew has put all my pensions together which I truly appreciate.

Hi Oliver has been my adviser for a while now and has sorted all my finances out and got me such a good pension that I have now retired at 63 if I need him for any broblem his just a phone call away.
He keeps in touch minimum once a year to make sure things are ticking over nicely.
I don't think I would be where I am now without his professional advice .
If you get the chance to use him grab it with both hands you won't go far wrong good luck. 👍

Earlier on in the week I scheduled a telephone appointment for 14:00 today and cleared my work schedule for this.

Very disappointing. First impressions and all of that...

Contacted by David for an annual review a couple of months ago and at the time I was going through bereavement. David was very compassionate and immediately offer to postpone. Today I had my pre-arranged review but he still checked I felt ready for this and reassured me I can ask any questions at any time in future. As always a friendly and professional service, I felt able to ask anything and was confident in my decisions knowing I can re-check anything at anytime, showing he had understanding for my current mental state.

Always great to speak to David. A friendly conversation with good, sound advice. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

As always - David took a lot of time to fully explain previous performance and future options vs my wants + needs, incorporating how changes to the ‘cost of living’ will likely impact my target income requirements in the future

David has always been there during the year for ad hoc queries (as well as the mid year review) - he is always very quick to reply with required information and general guidance

The tools (portal, reports) are also very valuable to me - their detail helps me understand performance as well as make decisions re when / how much to invest in my pension plan

Just had my annual review with David bagley very highly recommend plus always listings to your conversation and if u have any problems he will put you in the right direction. Very highly recommended.

David Bagley telephoned me Monday but I was still at work and he happily said he would call Tuesday at a convenient time which he did. He is very patient and will always help with any questions but as the market is not improving much there is not a lot to say other than invest more if you can but I don’t think anyone will currently until they see the knock on effect the increase in bills are going to have

Like my financial advisor was very good explaining everything to me and after we finished I was very satisfied that I was doing the right thing.

I have a regular annual report of my accounts, Luke is very professional, knowledgable and patient. No detail is left unturned and no question is unanswered. Great service all round. I could call him at any time if I needed to and not feel like I was a burden, I feel like a valued customer.
