Effective and Efficient Service
I was introduced to Michael O’Connel and later met Stephen Lart. They are professional, friendly and very good at what they do.
Met face to face with them on serval occasions and they patiently took me through the process; no rush, just my pace. Even after joining Vatality, they are just a phone call away.
Their care and assistance is next to none

Very helpful and no pressure
As I don't really understand my pension and how best to improve it Steven Boys explained everything in down to earth English. He answered any of my concerns and didn't put any pressure on me at all. Nice to have someone that relaxed me whilst talking about my future. I am happy for Steven to handle my pension.
