ISP broke their own policy. When collecting evidence for my case I was unable to obtain any logs. Seriously Eero? No user viewable logs? So yeah, the routers don't allow you to view information logs... See more

Eero "mesh" wifi is trash
Never had any problems with the old Router and Modem set up with talktalk however now they use eero. We have the eero 6 Pro and have nothing but problems with the wireless connection upstairs. Never used to be a problem with the old setup. Absolute garbage and would have avoided like the plague had I of known
Is it possible to give 0 stars
Is it possible to give 0 stars? The absolute WORST experience ever dealing with a product and customer Service. Our internet provider went through great lengths to confirm internet connection and replaced our modem out of courtesy. We have called eero support for weeks on end to get the router fixed and they have made us jump through circles to just to try several tests (which by the way confirmed it’s the product- router issue). We are under warranty and have fought tooth and nail to exercise getting the product replaced. They are not having it, customer service is pretty much useless and I’m not sure their IT team is even real. Awful awful awful, run don’t way away from this product.
Non English speaking service !
So paid good money for product , when my internet provider stated problem was with router I called customer help !
People in India with limited English skills are NOT the ones to help !
They are useless !
Had I known I would be dealing with non English speaking personnel I would never ever bought this product !

Poor service by talk talk
Had my eero since May, salesmen sales it to you like it’s best thing since sliced bread, my opinion rubbish, house phone now doesn’t work, complaints department has sent me numerous texts and times they are going to ring me but yet not had a call unless there trying to ring me on the house phone which quite clearly doesn’t work , tech department absolutely clueless, very poor service from talk talk, if I’d known I’d have had this many problems I’d have gone to another company
Juist stopped working and then you have the worst tech support ever
After 4 years it just stopped working. Eero support is one of most useless services that i encountered in my life. Avoid this company and you will save yourself a lot of headaches.
Very expensive but lacks basic features and support
Very expensive. Lacks basic features. Has had issues with iOS for the past couple of years regarding dropping connections. Check out the Support Forums yourself to see the frustrations in the advanced user base.
It's a shame because the hardware is ok. It's the software and the lack of competent support / Product Managers that have it so poorly rated. You'd think with the financial backing of such a big company they'd bring some engineers across from AWS.
Had one fitted by talk talk last week…
Had one fitted by talk talk last week it is going next weekend get my old hub back the eero is useless must cost a lot to fit as 3 bt men came on two different days still no good phone 3 times took 3 hours will see then go with someone else
Fast, But Slow
I mean it’s a regular router
It could be very slow sometimes where I can’t even load a webpage but I sometimes get great speeds up to 1.2Gbps so it sometimes gets annoying when I lose connection. It’s Okay after all
Don’t even consider buying
Don’t even consider buying. Drops out constantly, seems to only let two devices be connected at a time when it says all others are also connected. Then said connected devices have an awful connection. For a man with a quarter of a trillion dollars, you’d think his company could make a device that works!
The worst product and service ever
The worst product and service ever. Internet experienced drop outs only on this router, works fine without. Spent far too many hours dealing with incompetent tech support. Cannot reach tier two tech support, they only work USA hours, every call back during USA hours was spent turning on and off device like a imbecile. Joke of a product.
The app doesn't find the device.
Had to call customer services who helped and we're very good. But these eero 6+ are a monumental nightmare to find with the app (couldn't find one at all and never did) . I gave up in the end and contacted my provider for my old ones back. Disappointed in a understatement.
Eero 6 - Broken extender and horrible tech support
I bought a few extenders to increase the range. The issue is one or more devices keeps going offline. Availability and reliability are just not there with eero. These days, when a majority of the workforce works from home, Internet access becomes like a utility - it's always there. However, eero fails spectacularly on this front. I had one device go offline constantly and no matter how many tries with tech support (well kept secret by the way because one has to search for GetHuman), I just couldn't get it added back. Getting L2 support on the line takes over an hour. RMAs should be done asap once it's determined that the h/w is no good. Horrendous and overrated junk for a product is the summary!
Useless tech support
Contacted them with a 'device paused' issue that I kept having. The issue was eero's, as somehow they were connecting to my router. Had never even heard of them before this, never bought a product, made an account, etc. Support was useless, barely reading my messages and didn't seem to comprehend what I was saying. Gave a total cop-out answer with "Welp it seems like I can't help, contact someone else". An actual joke of a company.
No connection
I decided to up my internet game by joining the “fiber hood” in Frankfort Ky. I was extremely hesitant, anyone who lives in Frankfort Ky knows about the Frankfort Plant Board, but I decided to go against my better judgement.
Straight to the point, this eero buffers ALL OF THE TIME!!! For me, using a cable modem resulted in a steadier connection than this horrible fiber optic line. I am a Realtor so I spend the majority of my time online looking at homes , emailing and writing contracts. I could do none of the above, absolutely none of it. My internet connection is so bad I have to drive to the office to be able to get onto the internet.
I called the Frankfort Plant Board and they sent a technician to my home and I was told that, “I am getting what I paid for.” Honestly, I knew better, I have lived in Frankfort long enough to realize the Frankfort Plant Board has a monopoly and really does not care.
The issue is the connection, not the upload and download speed. Without a solid connection, uploading and downloading is irrelevant. DO NOT JUMP ON THIS BANDWAGON!!!!
Terrible service - wish I didn't bother
Terrible service. Salemen promised the world and these amazing speeds. I now have buffering that I didn't have on my cheap router previously. This service cannot hold a connection. If you have a PS5 or stream movies... forget it. Now I can't complain to someone as there is an outage... only been with them 2 weeks and had 3 complaints already.
Cautionary Tale, big brother IS watching you.
I have been an owner of the Eero for 5 years now, which has been a decent experience. A couple years ago Amazon purchased Eero which in the onset seemed like not such a great thing, but I continued on. Fast forward to 2023 and I decided to purchase a brand new upgrade of the latest and greatest Eero on Ebay.
There was no part of me that was concerned since in reality its just a wireless access point mesh system for my personal network at home.
All was fine until a couple days ago (2 months of use), I discovered my Eero units were not working.
I contacted Eero who told me that my units were "deregistered", im like huh??? What does this mean I ask, the tech tells me that the owner of the devices have the registration in their name and deactivated them...again, keep in mind this is a wireless access point at home, not a cell phone or a cable tv box, just my AP mesh system, he further explained that the owner has deregistered them and basically said they were stolen.
Ok I get that part, but the issue is, its very disturbing and frightening to think that Eero/Amazon has the ability to get through ones gateway/firewall device and mess about with hardware on ones personal wireless network in their home.
With all that the internet gets used for, and the sheer amount of personal data people have on their home networks, does anyone think its OK that Amazon or some 3rd party vendor has the ability to effect devices on your internal personal and private network, imagine what else they are poking around and looking at.
Imagine if a disgruntled employee decided to activate things on the wireless network like an oven or a garage door, and cause damage or theft to peoples homes, or steal personal banking information, or invade peoples privacy, its truly terrifying if you think about it.
In the end Eero offered me a 25% off coupon, but I am at a point where they showed their hand a little too much, and instead of helping me come up with a solution, they really just opened my eyes to the real issue.
I give a lot of money to Amazon and they make a lot of promises about the consumers privacy, but for them to break into my personal network is very unsettling and unacceptable.
Eero is absolute crap
Eero is absolute crap. I spent over $100 on the eero 6 and there was something definitely wrong with this router. Even standing next to the router, the speeds were almost a third of the wired speeds and it could barely reach past the room it was in. We have a 1338sq ft home (it claims to cover 1750 SQ ft, what a joke). At the front of the house speeds dropped to 4mbps down and 0.2 up!! I just bought an older TP link for 1/3 of the cost and the speeds are lightning fast through the entire 1338sq ft house. It does exactly what it claims and was much easier to set up without any need for an app to be downloaded. Even parental controls, etc are free unlike with eero that charges monthly (hahaha). I'm disappointed in eero and the fact that I was told my ISP was to blame. And now eero wants me to pay the shipping to return this junk to sell to the next unsuspecting victim. Useless paperweight and customer service is terrible. They just tell you your speeds are fine from their end and blame your internet provider. Based on other reviews, it's likely I'll have to request a Cashback claim with my bank to even get a refund after it's received... I should have bought through Amazon, would have been much easier to return! Don't waste your time like I did.
Got an eero 6 through TalkTalk
Got an eero 6 through TalkTalk. Absolutely awful useless box. It drops out constantly. All night long. Wish I’d never signed up to them. They tell me the internet is working fine. But somethings wrong and I don’t have a clue what. Driving me nuts.
Eero plus subscription doesn’t worth it, but the Wi-Fi is really good though.
On of the best mesh wi-fi 6 routers with extenders I’ve tried so far. I mean everyone talk about netgear, but it’s so overpriced. Eero 6 has a new version of eero 6E. Haven’t tried that either.
On my eero 6 and one extender with spectrum running at 300/Mbps, I get 360/Mbps download 11.1/Mbps upload wirelessly.
Wired connection is even faster obviously.
Eero also has a good app. You can also get eero plus subscription but I wouldn’t advise it. You get Malwarebytes with it, Encrypt me, block some ads oh and DDNS to some Eero server. I have tried it, didn’t like it so much.
Overrated wifi mesh router
Overrated wifi mesh router. It has a nice app but basic stuff should work very well. Like DNS resolution. Had DNS issues no matter what I tried, slow waiting on DNS and connections. Once connected its fast. Going back to my Orbi router.
