DO NOT EVER USED THEM!!
This company is a fraude. Booked through minicabit. They made me pay 45£ additional to the original cost becausw driver had to wait. as flight was delayed by 1 hours. I have made the reservation with the flight number but they have erased my booking from the system. Also the driver has not waited at all, they have hired her through Uber or similar on the spot....this is unethical and a fraude!

This is a fraud company

This company is under taxicode you will find them there.

This company hides by copying the name of other Eeze airport cars and so the one I am talking about is with the p.o box Ashdown House, Horley, Surrey, RH6 0NP.

Car did not turn up

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Car did not turn up and none of the numbers listed are working. Booked via Taxicode and the reviews on their website must clearly be fake. Will never book Eeze Cars nor Taxicode ever again.

Didn’t show up

Taxi was pre ordered using 3rd party - minicabit.
On the day it never arrived. Had a call from minicabit saying it had been cancelled. Different taxi was ordered.
Overall we were delayed by 30mins and almost missed our flight.
If you have a taxi booked with this company, cancel and go elsewhere

We booked a taxi to Heathrow and it was an absolute nightmare. The company called us up few hours before our booking time and told us that we have to double up the price we paid (due to the London Tube Strike) otherwise we have to cancel our booking. We were shocked to learn that they were taking advantage during difficult time like this but insisted on cancelling the whole booking. We managed to get an Uber last minute (Gold bless the Uber driver) and made our way to Heathrow. We have yet to receive our refund up until to date. We had tried calling the company but none of the numbers were working. We had written emails but none were entertained. Absolute FRAUD.

Appalling - Should not claim to be an airport service!

I booked a car to pick up my elderly parents from Heathrow. I specified that they would need their bags carried up to their second floor flat. I gave our flight number so the driver could track our arrival.
Through the booking process, l understood that the driver was going to be waiting for us in arrivals. However, almost as soon as we landed the driver texted and called asking us to let him know when we were 15 mins from being through the airport. He wanted us come to the car park. He then kept texting while we were trying to get through security and baggage claim.
I asked him to meet my elderly parents (in their eighties) in arrivals as agreed. When we finally connected, he was irritable and complaining about the busyness of the car park saying that was why he wanted them to come to the car park.
My parents got home and told me the grumpy driver said he couldn't help with the bags as he had to get to Ilford. My mum (being a very sweet lady), still went to tip him. She only had £20 notes. She went to give him a note, intending to ask for some change, but he grabbed the note and drove off.
As a firm that is billed as an airport service, drivers should be used to passengers needing time to get through from arrivals. Treating people in their eighties with such little care is appalling.

Exploitative, poor service

If I could, I would give this experience 0 stars. First, I was asked to pay an additional £50 after I had paid the quoted price on my journey as the website apparently had some errors and was displaying a lower price than their actual rates, and I was told that I would have to forgo my booking otherwise. When I called them to clarify their fare rates, I was provided a very flaky and unclear answer, which changed after every question I asked. And when the taxi did arrive, it was not the vehicle I had asked for (I got a standard car instead of the passenger van because I was carrying a large musical instrument), which really makes me wonder why I was asked to pay an extra £50 for what was clearly a smaller vehicle in the end. I would highly recommend not booking with Eeze Airport Cars at all.

THIEVES

Booked in advance through a third party. 20 minutes before collection I was called and asked if I was ready. I told them I would be ready by the time accorded. Then I had to call them cause they were late. When the car arrived, it was a Prius that couldn't fit my bags even though I had clearly stated 2 big ones and 2 small. The taxi driver seemed surprised and was telling me that he didn't work for a taxi company, that he worked with Bolt, and that he had been booked some minutes before arriving to pick me up. I called the company and the guy who answered had an thick accent, I couldn't understand a word, the only thing I could understand was him shouting at me how it was my fault I didn't book the right car ( I did). I asked him for a bigger car to be able to go. More shouting and rude manners. It was my fault. And no car was coming. The most unkind human being.
Bolt driver kindly tried to fit our bags. It wasn't possible. Had to call a last-minute UBER.
The amount of stress this company put us through, from the fear of losing an international overseas flight, to the arrival to the airport rushing everything when we were supposed to have had plenty of time. Even had to rush the goodbyes to my family, eventhough I'm not going to see them for a long time. They should be put in jail. Scammers, thieves!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We very nearly missed our flights today and on top of that they have taken £57 of my money without providing a service. They did in the end send a BOLT car after saying that they had sent another car that had got a flat tire, but they then cancelled the second car as we refused to give them our card details over the phone and asked why we couldn't pay through the app like last time. This meant that we nearly missed our flight and caused a great deal of unecessary stress. The man on the end of the phone put the phone down when we asked for a refund.
I think Taxicode should also share some responsibility for continuing to allow this fraudulent service to operate through it's app.

Worst Car Service

A car was ordered for 4pm on 21/04,no sign of the driver or call. The number on the website or the website did not function.
I would not rate this company to turn on the ignition of a car.

Absolutely crap service through and…

Absolutely crap service through and through. Booked and prepaid a car from Heathrow to central London adding flight details and requesting to arrive 20 minutes after landing. As soon as we landed, I got 3 calls from the car operator telling me to meet them in the car park instead of the Costa coffee area as described in the booking. Then got 2 other calls to tell me the same thing and asking me to call them when I have my luggage. When arrived at the car park, we got another call to tell us that the driver will be with us in 2 minutes instead. Then 5 minutes after the driver told us that he was waiting for our call and when we got in the car, it smelled like cigarettes and we had to keep the windows open during rain to avoid the smell. There are obviously a number of things that companies that would like a 5-star review should do(obvs not asking in a passive aggressive manner 10 minutes after the start of the journey with a text with the driver’s details and an ask for good feedback because it will affect the drivers): 1. Come at the agreed time and place without 10 different calls (people go through security and collecting luggages so there isn’t that much time to discuss the already agreed and paid service), 2. Have clean cars (not smelling like cigarettes helps and when the car is old, it should be well-maintained - eg tears in car seats don’t justify the price tag), 3. Provide driver details on time and by text (it’s difficult for non-native speakers to understand ‘thick’ accents through radio operators)

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal - booked a return trip to Heathrow. All seemed good with the car being on time to pick me up,got me to the airport and then told me I had to pay for the Heathrow charge (which was quite clearly labeled around T3) so I thought fine and told him I will do it via the method laid out on the signs...he said NO it has to be cash to me....what?! I'm thinking I've already paid and if you didn't add it on then more fool you, at that point he turned very aggressive opened the boot but didn't even attempt to get my case out and them without any goodbye sped off

I should have cancelled the return journey there and then but didn't - big mistake. It turned out that I came back the day of the tube strike, clearly they could make more money than they had charged me so after sating he was stuck in traffic they then said he had broken down and the were unable to get anyone to pick me up....the worse thing is 10 days later I am still awaiting a refund and they are ignoring phone calls and emails

BE WARNED - THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

They will lie about issuing you a refund even if you cancel in advance

Cancelled my trip 4 days in advance, emailed them for a refund and there was no response. Called them and they said they had processed the refund immediately. It’s been more than a week and the refund hasn’t come through. Called again today and they said they have processed the refund immediately (same as before) - Asked them to send me a refund confirmation while I stayed on the phone and they put me on hold 3 times, cutting the phone each time without ever sending the confirmation. They are not to be trusted whatsoever.
