I had a terrible experience with this company. They were meant to collect me from Heathrow airport and the driver was not in the designated pickup spot. There was then some miscommunication finding him and when I did eventually find him he was dressed totally inappropriately and behaved even more inappropriately. He caused a scene shouting at me to tell me he would now be charged the £5 car park fee and said that I had wasted his time when in fact, he was wasting mine. He became so rude and verbally aggressive that he reduced me to tears and I refused to go with him, even though he was trying to grab my bags. The staff in Boots actually had to come out to tell him to back off. I have left formal complaints with the Company and the 3rd party provider I used to book this service though nobody has responded to me and it's been over a week.

Good driver. But did not disclose added parking fee for Heathrow pick up. Quote should clearly state what fees you'll be paying.

Terrible company. I tried to book a ride on two different occasions and they had cancelled my order a few hours before the pick-up time, after collecting my money.
I have been refunded regularly the first time but on the second time I have not received a refund after 10 days.

I booked a car to take me to the airport.

Do not use this service, especially during a pandemic. Having found it online, I suggested this company to my family coming to visit me from Heathrow. Three of my family members booked it. In the first case, driver never arrived, claiming that they were calling them to say they are fully booked, however a confirmation email was sent. The day after, the second case, my cousin arrived with her baby and had requested a baby seat. Driver was wearing no mask, arrived late, no baby seat installed and told her to just take the baby on her so he wouldn't pay parking charges. The day after, third family member had them booked, driver arrived late, no mask, claimed he is allowed by the company due to his asthma, yet proceeded to discuss how he is also unvaccinated. Not what you want if you are in a car with someone for over an hour. Very poor standards.

DO NOT USE

Booked via third party. Booking all received and confirmed. When I landed I called them to say we were a bit early (30 mins) but to check car was on it's way. They said yes all fine but they needed to check where driver was and would call me back. Never called me back, when I called them back they said driver was not available and that they couldn't pick me up. Left dead in the water. Wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, AFTER I paid everything by card online however the driver told me he needs £5 more for the drop off and that should be included in the price, the driver was very rude and kept telling me I'm anxious just because I asked what time we supposed to get there, in top of it the driver was late 6 mins. They should teach their drivers how to respect a customer and not argue with us when we asked questions about the unknown fee.
The whole website seems shady and I would not do business with them again until they improve their lack of customer service skills.
